The pattern of Administrating Imperial Iran and the bases of Legislative, Judicial, and Executive powers. *** Constitution *** *** Everybody is under the law ***

The Kingdom Assembly of Iran consists of wise people of Iran to observe the integrity of the Iranian Kingdom. The Kingdom Assembly of Iran consists of nine permanent Members who, until the election of the new King, also represent the King. In the case of death of a Member, the Emperor replaces the vote of the deceased Member. The Member must be replaced within 90 days. In the case of two Member deaths, the King of Part needs to participate in election as well.

Paragraph 1- The Country of Iran will be administrated in the form of a Kingdom. Every State shall have a native King who is elected from the people of that State, by the people's vote and the approval of the Emperor. Paragraph 1, Clause 1- The House of Representatives, after the establishment of Law and Order, shall prepare the election of the King. Paragraph 2- All Iranian citizens of any Race, Sexuality, Ethnicity, Language, and Religion are equal. Paragraph 3- Imperial Iran will be based on wisdom and will have no official religion. In accordance to the first charter of human rights created by Cyrus the Great, freedom of thought, speech, and religion will be granted to all Iranian citizens. Paragraph 4- The Imperial Country of Iran is based on a free market economy that ensures comfortable living standards for Iranian citizens. Income tax and sales tax must be withheld. Paragraph 4, Clause 1- The budget for every State is determined according to the needs and possibilities of that State and includes a budget for the improvement of agriculture, animal husbandry, technology, education, vocational schools, and universities. Each State budget is also based upon the average standard of 2,500 of calories and 300 square feet of living area per person, public traffic means, and a physician for every 5,000 citizens. Paragraph 4, Clause 2- The financial protection of the government depends

on the priorities and needs of agriculture, husbandry, and technology and the possibilities of every State as determined by up-to-date research. Paragraph 4, Clause 3- The study from Kindergarten through the University Bachelor Degree shall be free for Iranian citizens. Paragraph 4, Clause 4- For students seeking the Masters and Ph.D. Degrees, the government shall facilitate student loans. Paragraph 5- Imperial Iran will have nine States, as follows: 1- Imperial Persia consisting of Tehran, Isfehan Pars, and Bushehr. 2- Kingdom of Part. 3- Kingdom of Sistan va Balochestan. 4- Kingdom of Kerman consisting of Kerman, Yazd, and Hormozgan. 5- Kingdom of Lorestan consisting of Lorestan, Chaharmahal Bakhteyari, and Kohkilooyeh. 6- Kingdom of Elam consisting of Elam and Khozestan. 7- Kingdom of Kurdestan consisting of Hamedan, Kermanshahan, and Kurdestan. 8- Kingdom of Azarabadegan consisting of east Azarabadegan, west Azarabadegan and Zanjan. 9- Kingdom of Geelan and Mazandaran. Paragraph 6- The Imperial Army of Iran requires the participation of all its Kingdoms according to their population and will be stationed in Persia and the shared borders of its States. They are not authorized to march in any of the States other than Persia with the exception of cases of riot and war. The Local Armies will be stationed in every State in order to defend the Constitution, Imperial Iran, and their Kingdom. Paragraph 6, Clause 1- The Imperial Army consists of the following categories: Three Armed Forces, as follows: Infantry, Air Force, and Navy. Educationalist Forces, as follows: Teaching Forces require the service of high school and university graduated students to provide general education to remote areas. Healthcare and Sanitation Forces require the service of doctors and nurses to provide healthcare to remote areas. Agricultural Forces require the service of high school graduates to provide assistance to farmers. Technological Forces require the service of technicians and engineers to provide education of technology to remote areas. Cultural Forces require the service of historians, philosophers, and other experts to provide education of Iranian culture to needed and remote areas.

Paragraph 6, Clause 2- All of the Educationalist Forces will be positioned under the command of their related Ministry after six months of their military training. Paragraph 6, Clause 3- Participating in military service is a national obligation for persons over 18 years of age. The Imperial Army will pick their needs from the best candidates, and they will be paid decently and proportionally. Paragraph 7- The official language of Imperial Iran is Persian. However, every Kingdom, City, or Tribe is free to learn and study in its own language. Paragraph 8- Imperial Iran will return to the ancient Iranian national and cultural values, practicing wisdom and honesty. Paragraph 8, Clause 1- The national holidays are as follows: Norooz, Sizdah Bedar, Mehrgan, the Birthday of Cyrus the Great, Sadeh, Shabeh Yalda, and Shabe Charshanbeh Souri. Paragraph 8, Clause 2- The beginning of the Iranian calendar is the birthday of Cyrus the Great, which is 2587 years at the time the Western calendar year is 2011. Norooz is the first day of the year. The international standard of working 40 hours per week is observed. Saturdays and Sundays are nonworking days. Paragraph 8, Clause 3- The name of the weekdays, in accordance with the Iranian ancient calendar will change to: Keyvansheed = Shanbeh, Mehrsheed, Mahsheed, Bahramsheed, Teersheed, Hormozsheed, and Naheedsheed = Adeeneh. Paragraph 9- The political structure of Imperial Iran consists of one Emperor or Empress, the House of Representatives, one Prime Minister, and multiple Ministers dependent on need. The Emperor or Empress must have regular communication with the general public. The gathering place of appointed leaders is the capital State of Persia. Paragraph 9, Clause 1- Every 300,000 citizens will have one House Representative. Paragraph 9, Clause 2- Every citizen of Iran has a free vote. The Interior Ministry will verify the eligibility of the representatives. Paragraph 9, Clause 3- The Prime Minister is elected from the House of Representatives with the highest vote of representatives, and is then introduced to the Emperor or Empress for approval his abilities and Programs. The Emperor or Empress will assign the Prime Minister to select

his or her Ministers and introduce them to the House for their votes. Paragraph 9, Clause 4- The age of the Emperor/Empress, State Kings and Queens, Prime Minister, House Representatives, and Ambassadors in foreign countries should not be less than 26 years and each is required to be a natural born citizen. The age of the Emperors wife and the Empresss husband must be over 18 years. Paragraph 9, Clause 5- Each Ministry must consist of an association of three Ministers. Paragraph 9, Clause 6 - Four Ministries are under the direct supervision of the Emperor or Empress, as follows: 1- Social Services Ministry, to establish free accommodation for low-income people 2- Health Ministry, to provide free healthcare for low-income people 3- Kingdom Inspection Ministry, to ensure the integrity of the administration 4- Ministry of Culture, to provide cultural education. Four ministries are under the supervision of the House of Representatives, as follows: 1- Defense Ministry 2- Homeland Security Ministry 3- Interior Ministry 4- Ministry of Treasury The rest of the Ministries will be under the supervision of the Prime Minister. The House of Representatives can question the entire Ministry or individual Minsters at any time. The Emperor or Empress must approve the questioning, and a bill needs to be signed by him or her. Otherwise, the government can continue their services. Paragraph 10- The Emperor or Empress shall be wise, brave, intelligent, capable, honest, and protector of The Nation and shall not be scared to risk his or her life to defend The Nation. The Emperor or Empress cannot abandon the Country under any circumstance. If he or she does so, the glory leaves him or her and he or she will no longer be in position. The Emperor or Empress of Iran cannot have any income salary. His or her position is an honorable position as high as The Universe. Nothing can be registered under the Emperor or Empresss name. If so, the people of Iran own it and the Leader needs to answer to the Kingdom Assembly of Iran in order to keep the integrity of the Iranian Kingdom. Any domestic or foreign gift to the Emperor or Empress must be registered in the Court Museum and will be kept in the Museum. Paragraph. 10 Clause. 1 The obligation of the Kings or Queens of the States

is to supervise the execution of The Constitution and defend the integrity of the Iranian Kingdom. Paragraph 10, Clause 2- The cost of the Emperor or Empresss and State Kings or Queens vacations and recreation must be approved by The House. Paragraph 10, Clause 3- If an Emperor or Empress is released from his or her position for any reason, he/she is granted immunity and his/her salary will be 10% higher than the Prime Minister. Paragraph 10, Clause 4- The Emperor/Empress position, with the consideration of all necessary specifications, is an inherited position. Paragraph 10, Clause 5- In all situations not stated here, the Kingdom Assembly of Iran is going to handle the issues. Paragraph 11- The Villages and Cities Assemblies need to establish connection and communication together and communicate their needs and possibilities to the related Ministry. Paragraph 12- The government needs to take care of abounded children and find them a decent family and environment. Paragraph 13- In Imperial Iran, poverty and beggary is against the law. The government must find a decent solution for the elderly and disabled persons and take them under their protection. Paragraph 13, Clause 1- Unemployment is only acceptable for a limited time. The unemployed need to stay under the protection of the government. The government must offer unemployed persons a job. After two job offers, the unemployed person must work for the government for 10% higher than the average living cost in different states. Paragraph 14- In Imperial Iran, the establishment of Foundations is against the law. The Red Cross Organization is the only institute recognized in Iran and may gather donations for emergencies and disasters. The Iranian Government is responsible for all the needs of the Iranian people. Every year the Government must consider an emergency and disaster budgets.
