TENSES
Present:
Simple present: Use : For general truths, regular actions, hobbies and universal truths. Structure: S+v1+s/es+Obj Eg : He plays cricket. Present continuous: Use : For currently running actions.

Structure: S+ am/is/are+v1+ing+Obj Eg : He is playing cricket. Present perfect: Use: For just finished actions and not yet finished actions. Structure: S+has+v3+Obj
Eg : He has played cricket. Present perfect continuous: Use:

The action which was started in the past and currently being run. Structure: S+have/has+been+v1+ing+Obj Eg : He has been playing cricket.

Past:
Simle past : Use : For finished actions. Structure: S+v2+Obj Eg : He played crocket. Past continous : Use: For the action which was running in the past at a particular time. Structure: S+was/were+v1+ing +Obj Eg : He was playing cricket. Past perfect : Use: For the actions which were finished in the past. Structure: S+had+v3+Obj Eg : He had played cricket.

Past perfect continuous : Use:

For the actions which were started and finished in the past only in a period. Structure: S+had+been+v1+ing+Obj Eg : He had been playing cricket.

Future:
Simple future : Use : For fiture actions. Structure: S+shall/will+v1+Obj Eg : He will play cricket. Future continuous : Use: For the actions which will be assumed to be running in a period of time in the future. Structure: S+shall/will+be+v1+ing+Obj Eg : He will be playing cricket. Future perfect : Use: Same as FC but it will be finished by tha time. Structure: S+shall/will+have+v3+Obj Eg : He will have played cricket.
