Indeed, we have many choices to make, but that should not make us fret nor worry, but rather we should make the right decisions everytime. When chocolate first came to Spain, it was hailed by doctors as a medicine to treat everything from fevers to digestive problems. Though chocolate was far too delicious to remain restricted to medicine, it is still studied by scientists for its medicinal properties. Chocolate contains a chemical called theobromine, which can numb the vagus nerve. This is the nerve that causes coughing when we have a cold. Drinking hot cocoa or eating a dark chocolate bar when you are sick can help you suppress an irritating cough. Eating dark chocolate is good for your heart and immune system. It helps reduce bad cholesterol, and 1.5 ounces of dark chocolate can have the equivalent health benefits of a glass of red wine.

Our mentor would always say Dont dwell on your past success and whatever success we had in the past years, it will be a stepping stone for greater successes in this year and for the years to come. These weeks we have been planning out for 2012. Many preparations should be done and planned out. God is about to pour out a great harvest in this Ministry and even in this City. This 2012, lets believe with expectancy of Gods great move and revival; in every heart, every mind, every spirit, every home, every family, every ministry and in every city.
