Martin and Stella were newly married young couple. They wanted to live in New York because
of job opportunities. The couple wanted to buy a duplex house 1 (in the citys heart). Martin is 2

(a small companys manager) but Stella is 3 (a supermarkets supervisor). Stella wanted to have
a pet dog and she eventually brought home a black retriever. But the 4 (dog) behavior was so
interesting. The 5 (storys funny part) was that the black retriever was able to play with a tennis
ball and interestingly (6) the tennis balls color was bottle green; moreover, (7) the house of Mrs.
& Mr. Martin also had the same color.
One day the family returned home after a long walk. To their surprise, (8) the houses threshold
was broken into pieces and (9) the bicycle of Martin was stolen. This unpleasant situation forced
the couple to lodge a complaint against an unidentified thief, but the (10) thief cigarette butts
were a source of investigation.
