Duties/Responsibilities:
* Assist the Global Sales and Marketing Manager on a 3 Year Strategic Plan and
work within the organization to implement strategies to achieve stated results f
or a Region including China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam and the Ph
ilippines.
* Provide clear direction, plan and organize support activities for Direct Repo
rts to achieve results. Create/maintain an environment for success via direct an
d clear communications within the Organization.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly summary of activities, results, market conditio
ns, competitive action reports and quarterly forecast for Senior Management Revi
ew.
* Prepare Competitive Assessment Report/Implement Counter Actions on a regular
basis for review and action with Senior Management.

er 500 products within the North Asia Region including China. This was accomplis
hed by working with Key Opinion Leaders, Lecturing, visiting Large Clinics and U

er visits to our manufacturing sites.
* Responsibilities in the Region including China, included pricing, promotions,
training, budgeting, joint sales meetings with customers, lecturing, and suppor
t at special events including Trade Shows.
* Developed a network of 50 plus Dealers in China and 26 plus Dealers in the su
rrounding Region. In addition to training and support, implemented Dealer Plans
with expected Targets and Accomplishments.
* Managed a complaint process assuring timely resolution for the customer.
* Responsibilities also included P&L targets, product margin management and gro
wth strategies, including Private Label Programs and Local Packaging.
Major Achievements:
* In 2008 working with International Consulting firm and the Chinese Government
fully established ColteneWhaledent Subsidiary Company in China with official in
voicing in late October of 2008 (over 100 nights in China to accomplish the task
).
* Recruited and managed a staff of 18 highly professional staff for sales, mark
eting, customer service, logistics, warehousing/shipping and product registratio
ns to achieve stated goals.
* Achieved 10% annual Sales Growth ex China, 30% Sales Growth in China.
* Total Region Sales including China reached 6 Million Swiss Francs.
* Added 5 New Dealers ex China, 50 Plus in China.
* Introduced 20 New Products into the Region, including Product registration, D
ealer Training, and Launch Programs.
