My extensive career in high-speed production control and factory automation incl udes creation of startups, which I successfully guided through to a profitable c onclusion as Senior VP, Marketing and Industry Relations of printCafe Systems (2 000-2003). I led development of core software technology applications and implem ented global seminars to articulate the interaction between e-commerce and digit al workflow. During this period, I managed the acquisition of Prograph Productio n Systems. At Elysium Corporation (1995-1996), I grew this startup of new generation techno logy for production control machines, to a successful acquisition by printCafe S ystems. I followed with the founding of Prograph Production Systems (1996-2000), which was eventually folded into the printCafe Family. I grew Automation, Inc. four-fold, from 1985-1994 as its President, moving out t he original investors and leading a subsequent acquisition by a Silicon-Valley i nvestor Group. I led the opening up new markets across Europe of our systems to leading print companies in the UK, Sweden, Germany, Italy, France, Austria and H ungary.
