(FIS) (2002 - 2009) Formerly known as ALLTEL Information Services and Systematics, Inc. Senior Vice President, St. Petersburg, Florida Led Client Management and Service divisions responsible for 4,500 financial institutions credit card, debit card, merchant processing and online banking services. Managed $275 million budget and staff of 550+ personnel. Strategic Partnership management included Independent Community Bankers Association (ICBA) and Card Services for Credit Unions (CSCU) and various state and regional partners. Responsible for FIS' Card Production, embossing and fulfillment centers and

recently completed an expansion for increase in productivity by 350%. (1998 - 2002) Vice President & Managing Director, Little Rock, Arkansas Payment Services Division (DASH) acquired by ALLTEL Information Services, now FIS, January 2002 Managed all aspects of ATM/Debit card processing services for domestic market. Led the software development and delivery business worldwide, accountability included $50 million operating and revenue budget and over 225 personnel on 5 continents. DASH Network (1995 - 2006) Principal, Little Rock, Arkansas Partnership with Arkansas Systems, Metropolitan National Bank & IBM Global Services Partnership acquired by Euronet Worldwide, following acquisition of Arkansas Systems in 1998 Created electronic payment services business, ATM/Debit & Merchant processing, developed all aspects marketing, sales, business plans, intellectual property, implementation, client services and operations. Annual revenue grew from zero to over $20 million within the first 6 years. ARKANSAS SYSTEMS, INC. (1995 - 1998) Vice President & Managing Director (DASH), Little Rock, Arkansas Acquired in 1998 by Euronet Worldwide, Inc. Responsible for creating a Debit/Credit/Merchant processing business using internally developed software and building business partnerships for the domestic community financial institution market. WORTHEN BANKING CORPORATION (1992 1995) Vice President, Retail Banking, Little Rock, Arkansas Responsible for retail delivery systems during the consolidating of 12 affiliate banks into a single institution. Managed the technology sales, service and implementation division for all correspondent banking relationships.
