My primary responsibilities included des ign support and creation of a technical specification manual, project management , quality control, and time study analysis. One of the primary initiatives was t he automation and redesign of an existing production line. Successfully implemen ted, this project increased efficiency and productivity for the company. Additio nally, I supervised 85 employees on this assembly line that was responsible for the production of refrigeration components.
