HVAC system designe d to ensure critical humidity and temperature levels for the storage and display of art work in the 220,000 sq. ft. facility. Delaware Art Museum - Barclay White/ Skanska, Philadelphia, PA 2004 to 2005 Project Superintendent The Cost of the project was $20,000,000. The Building was 100,000 sq. ft. a S tructural steel frame, with a copper panel and masonry exterior. The building ha d 3 large art Galleries and 3 smaller Galleries, administration offices and 3 cl assroom. The HVAC had extensive monitoring system to maintain humidity and tempe rature control. Responsible and manage all field work activities along with one Assistant Superintendent, and coordinated all subcontractors' tradesmen and mate rial deliveries to the site and all site logistics. The building is structural steel frame with br ick exterior. A new patient bed elevator was added using an existing interior st air tower. Responsible for all the site logistics and develop the site logistics plans for the hospital operations to coincide with the construction activities. Renovation of an existing building for corporate offices, television broadcast studios and editing studios, production studios, control rooms, and warehouse. The studio area was 167,000 sq. ft. with enhanced mechanical and electrical services. The main studio had a studio kitch en and a two story house constructed inside. The second floor was constructed fo r public tours and, which included a 100 person auditorium studio. The office ar ea was 250,000 sq. ft. with commercial kitchen and dining area, training and con ference rooms. Responsible and managed 4 area Superintendents all sub-contractor tradesmen work activities and material deliveries to the site.
