Career History JJ Telecoms Ltd / Ocala Communications Corp Position: Technical sa;es / Support Director January 2004 - Present Specializing in wholesale international resale, switch partitioning and co-locat ion facilities for the telecommunications wholesale industry. The role is to ge nerate new business, oversee the technical growth in the company, and to work al ongside the CFO in ensuring the financial stability of the company. I oversee an d have generated up to $5 million dollars US of sale revenue per year, and conti nue to stimulate the sales channels with growth in this tough climate. My experi ence in Sales and networking experince to form a portfolio of carrier clents has helped me generate the sales growth. Whilst my switching and technical experien ce in switches, signalling(SS7, TDM, ISDN) and Voip has enabled me to steer the company forward with the confidence that it is flexible to turn to any media for business interconnectivity. Telesense UK Ltd March 2003 - January 2004 Position: Director of Operations My primary responsibility was to oversee the operations of the telecommunication s infrastructure of this international switched network operator, with a skilled team of 5, and a turnover of 6 million pounds per annum. The creation of new pr oducts within timescales and budgets is the primary focus. Telesense main line of business is the termination of mobile calls to most Europ ean destinations. This involves a huge amount of research, as well as travel. Te lesense was a new start up company, of which I was proud of being a founder memb er. Global Network Telephone UK Ltd.

Position: Director of Operations Jan 2001 - March 2003 My role at GNT was Director of Operations for UK and USA. This involved setting up both London and New York Operations to cater for the wholesale business of GN T UK, and its German mother company GNT GmbH. The London operation housed a Siem ens EWSD and was staffed by 8 people covering engineering, customer support, and sales. The New York Operation was run by a single sales entity. To keep costs l ow I implemented a remote operation for switching and billing using a shared DMS GSP switch housed in Long Island, NY. This proved very successful, and assisted the UK operation in obtaining a very fluid revenue, and profitability in very s hort time. However, due to internal issues between UK and German management the company wen t in to liquidation in March 2003. World-Link, UK. Position: General Manager Nov 1999- Jan 2001 As General Manager for World-Link, UK, a UK subsidiary of World-Link Inc, based in New York, USA. I oversaw the entire UK operation from Engineering to Finance. World-Link was a Carrier's carrier, and a fully hosted Card wholesale provider, offering One Stop Shop solutions to Telecommunications resellers. I started my employment at World-Link as Director of Operations, and was soon elevated to Gen eral Manager, due to my knowledge and ability to drive the business in the UK. I was solely responsible for the growth of the UK office in both the sales and En gineering arena. The growth sustained during my time was steady, rising from 80, 000 minutes in November 1999 to excess of 4,000,000 in July 2000, with revenue f rom 5,000 to excess of 550,000 per month. I co-ordinated a small team of six per sonnel, and integrated the UK staff system with those in New York, to ensure ful l 24 hour coverage, and access for our customers. I controlled a budget of 8,50 0,000. Harris Corporation. Eskdale Road Wokingham Berkshire RG41 5TS UK Position: Director of Operations, EMEA Aug 1998 - Nov 1999 This position involved maintaining the position of Harris Corporation, as a worl d leader in the Telecommunications field for Customer Driven Telecommunications products. Overseeing a staff of 5 in Installation and support work of varied ran ges of Harris switching products. The catchment area is Europe, Middle East and Africa. Duties involved project management, scheduling installation work, as wel l as assisting staff at a technical level. The role also involved liaison at senior level with many different companies in many countries, and understanding the business needs of our customers at their l ocation and need. With a budget of $11,000,000+. I have the responsibility not only to use funding wisely, but also to generate revenue from the support activities.

Position: Network Operations Manager (Europe) Jul 1996 - Aug 1998 My position was UK based, with responsibility of Project Management, installatio n, configuration, and support of a growing European network. With nodes in Londo n, Frankfurt, Stockholm and Paris, I was also responsible for support of the US team of switch engineers based in Petaluma California. I was involved in all switch related products, as well as development of such pr oducts. The European Network is based on Harris 20/20 Voice Frame platforms, of which I was fully trained. I was familiar on a day-to-day basis with networking, and the use of Multiplexing within the network. As well as use of all telecommunication s protocols and standards, such as SS7, ISDN, CAS and R2 Signaling. I ran a small team of telecommunications professionals on a 24-hour basis, and r eported to the Executive Director of Engineering, based in Petaluma, California. Digital Telephone Systems Ltd. Dec 1990 - Jul 1996 Position: System Support Engineer I started my career with DTS as a System Support Engineer. Covering the Harris 1 200/400, and the Harris 20/20 switches, I progressed within a year to System sup port Supervisor for the South of England. By the end of 1992 I was promoted to S ystem Support Manager for the UK. This role involved managing on a day-to-day ba sis the System Support engineers, as well as providing 2nd level technical assis tance to the field staff. From 1995-1996, I was utilized by Sales and Marketing to assist in promoting the Harris 20/20, as well as developing applications base d on the platform in the ACD and International Reseller market.

British Telecom Position: Apprentice Jul 1981 - Dec 1990 I started as an apprentice with British Telecom in 1981 after leaving school at 16 years of age. After successfully completing the 3 year apprenticeship, and 3 year technical college education I was assigned to the major customer PABX maint enance team. I received promotion to Technical Officer (highest engineering grad e before management within BT) after 3 years.
