Key Projects Employment History: Waterscapes Residential Neighborhood, Kelowna, BC. Ledingham McAllister Developments (Vancouver) Mark Construction Ltd. (Langley BC .) Position: Senior Project Manager, Administration Office, Owner Liaison, Desig n Coordinator 'Waterscapes' is a 95 million dollar upscale mixed use development, consisting o f approximately 200,000 sq. ft. of common area parkade, supporting (4) four stor ey walkup wood frame condominiums generating 295 residential suites. This, inclu ding a completely integrated resort style amenities building, assessable also to the (188) residents, within the (27) story Skye Tower. Duration approx. 37 mo. Through value engineering and cost savings exercises, we were able to recover in excess of (1)million dollars for reallocation, throughout the project budgets. Royal Private Residence Club - Kelowna, BC. Greyback Construction Ltd. - Penticton, BC. Duration approx. 37 mo. Nov. 06. to Sept. 09. The 'RPRC' is a 25 million Dollar Deluxe Resort Hotel Addition to the formerly n amed 'Grand Hotel and Convention Center', which offered Fractional Ownership to its purchasers. Located on the lagoon, with waterfront views, a Roof Top Infinit y Edge Pool, integral Spa and Amenity Areas, it is certainly one of the jewels o n Okanagan Lake. Position: Senior Project Manager, Consultants Coordinator, Owne r Liaison, Design Coordinator; Together, with the Owners representative, Concosts Consultants, we worked intens ely through the Value Engineering Exercise, Conceptual Drawings and Cash Allowan ces within the Budget, to provide the Ownership the desired result. (Delta) The Central Okanagan Academy Gymnas ium and Accessory Annex was my first project in the Kelowna area, with a Budget of approx. 1.4million. Altadena, Metro-Can Construction, Vancouver: A 14 level residential condominium tower with CRU's on existing parkade. Interesting project due to seismic & code upgrade requirements, approx. construction cost $10 million. Metro-Can Construct ion Ltd. (Surrey) Position: Project Manager, Consultants Coordinator, Owner Liai son, Design Coordinator Duration approx. 10 mo. July. 02. to Mar. 03. The "Q", Metro-Can Construction, North Vancouver: A 14 level residential condomi nium tower with CRU's, on a split 2.5 level parkade, approximate cost $7.5 mil. Residential Towers - (10 storey) North Vancouver, Position: Project Manager, Con sultants Coordinator, Owner Liaison, Design Coordinator. Duration approx. 13 mons. Asian Centre, Asian Centre Developments Inc., Surrey: A 225,000 square foot mixe d use retail and commercial complex on a two level parking structure, approximat e and estimated cost $40 mil. Owners defaulted on financing and project was disc ontinued after twenty-three moths work. Position: Project Manager, Consultants C oordinator, Owner Liaison, Design Coordinator Duration approx. 22 mons.
