WORK EXPERIENCE 10/2007- 11/10 Program Manager - Schilling Robotics - Participated in the creation of the Program Management Office,

LLC. Worked with the Director of Programs to create and publish all procedural documentation and guidelines used to manage programs within Schilling Robotics. Additionally, directly managed multi-million dollar ROV build programs including resources and engineering related to the delivery of SR's UHD & HD ROVs (Remotely Operated Vehicle) to clients around the world. Aided in layout and design of both ROV systems in accordance with customer demands and needs. Managed field support of various off-shore projects once system delivery took place. Held the role of Manufacturing Engineer for the Integration Department developing technical test documents, work instructions, assisting in engineering layout, design and testing for Schilling Robotics UHD product. ROV OPERATIONS EXPERIENCE 1/06 - 2/06 Schilling Robotics - Contractor - Tasked with helping to layout and assemble the first four UHD ROV systems for delivery to Geoconsult (aka. DOF Subsea). Worked closely with engineers to aid in the placement of critical components on the vehicle and bring the systems online and ready for operations. 11/05 - 11/2007 Poseidon Oceanic, LLC. - Co-owner - A small inspection ROV business. The company continues to work and procure contracts in the Gulf of Mexico, operating small ROV's for platform and pipeline inspection.
