Summary Throughout my broad and varied career, I have endeavored to help people
find out what happened and how it can be prevented. I am an expert in oxygen saf
ety and surgical fire investigation and prevention. I have traveled widely on pr
ojects, gave many lectures, and published many peer-reviewed articles. While I t
