Leased 15,000 square foot block of space at headquarters to three tenants gener ating an additional rental income of $210,000 per year for the company. Respons ible for all aspects (cradle to grave). Moved the companys insurance portfolio from a small local agency to the largest and most respected agency in the nation providing greater market access to prem ium carriers and expanding the companys capability for receiving full and comple te insurance coverage. Also saved the company about $50,000 through bundling of certain coverages. Sale of company investment property. Coordinated all aspects saving the compan y over $35,000 per year.

Established a second banking relationship to give the company an adequate capit al platform to support future business growth. New partnership also stimulated competition between the banks resulting in more competitive pricing (and better service). Various cost containment actions.
