Prayoga Tantra
Tantra is based on Rashi chart and has the power to reverse the negative planets. This is only used for planets which are showing some negative indications and not for positive planets. The indications are to be noticed from the significations of the planets. Use both primary and secondary significations as taught by Parashara. For example, if health is troubled, then the Lagna is the house that needs to be corrected and the signficator for Lagna is the Sun. The Prayoga of the Sun has to be used irrespective of which planet is giving a bad aspect or disturbing the lagna lord or doing some back stabbing in the 12th house or papa-kartari and what not all. This tantra is based on reversal or turning around of things. For example you will notice that the adhi-devata of the Sun is mentioned as Shiva and pratiadhi devata is mentioned as Agni while we know that adhi-devata is Agni and pratiadhi devata is Shiva. In this manner the whole negation has been conceived for the ills of kali yuga. The principle of negation or reversal derives frm the teachings of Sri Chaitanya

(Hinduism). if a person is born a Hindu then he is to recite the Mahamantra as hare rma hare rma rma rma hare hare hare ka hare ka ka ka hare hare Sri Chaitanya reversed this for Bhakta Salbeg (muslim) as hare ka hare ka ka ka hare hare hare rma hare rma rma rma hare hare This is the mantra that Prabhupada gave for the people who were in USA. This reversed Mahamantra can be done by anyone other than one born a Hindu. I don't think it is necessary to worry about conversion and such things as the Hindu does not believe in such things as all religions lead to God. You can continue as a muslim and still do the reversed Mahamantra as given by Sri Chaitanya. The greatest of the great Jalal-ud-din Mohammad Akbar did not become a lessor muslim by going to Meerabai or by marrying Jodhabai and building a small Krishna shrine for her. Why then would you become a lessor Muslim or Christian by learning to love another fellow human being? ... thats off the beat. Lets get back to the subject, the prayoga.

Prayoga-bija
The prayoga or specific use of the seed syllables is made based on the placement of the planets in the chart. If the mantra is indicated with two, three, four or six seed syllables you can choose to use only one based on vedic astrology rules. 1. Sun, Jupiter: Four syllables based on dharma, artha, kama and moksha - trikona placement of the planet 2. Moon, Mars, Mercury: Three syllables are based on kendra, panapara, apoklimas placement of the planet 3. Venus, Rahu, Ketu: Six syllables based on desire and six flaws (shadripu). The bija are based on the avenues of Venus. 4. Saturn: Two syllables based on hora If you are not sure, use all the syllables in a mantra and you will get results within 40 days. Sadhana
There are nine prayers in this teaching which includes a meditation (dhyana) of a few lines followed by a mantra (last line). The dhyana has to be recited once while fully understanding the words in it and visualising the devata, adhi devata and pratyadhi devata. Thereafter, the mantra has to be recited in multiples of 108 depending on the number of independant words in the mantra. For example, if you choose to recite the full Surya prayoga - (kl ai r hr sryya nama) which has 6 independant words, then this mantra has to be repeated 108 X 6 times everyday for 40 days to get the desired results.
