I have a commercial drivers license, no endorsements, and have logged over 45,000 miles of both team and solo driving from December 2010 to March 2011. I c ompleted both phase I and phase II of the C.R. England driving school and succes sfully began operating as an independent contractor. My driving experience has i ncluded traveling throughout all fourty-eight states as a driving team as well a s a solo operator with a straight truck/dual sleeper and 53 foot refeer cooled t railer. All of my appointments with each customer has been on time or early as I have managed the business relationship with each client customer as well. I am also familiar with wherehouse requirements to include product inventories, stor age and customer care requirements. I am also retired, 02-26-2010, from a twenty-two year career as a senior deputy sheriff with the Orange County Sheriff's Department. During my career as a deput y sheriff I served in a variety of assignments including the criminal courts, ja il, family law center, and other special assignments. In these capacities I proc essed thousands of prisoners, provided judicial protection, and served in numero us other policing roles to the citizens of all thirty-four cities within Orange County. I am proficient in survaillance practices, criminal filing requirements and most aspects of civil litigation. A career member of the Association of Orange County Deputy Sheriff's I also part icipated in bi-annual certifications for first responders, CPR, and first aide t raining. Prior to my appointment as a deputy sheriff I attended and completed the Basic P olice Recruit Class at the Rio Hondo College where I graduated on July 31, 1987. Military Experience In 1982 I enlisted in the U.S. Army and over the course of my twenty-six years o f combined active-duty and reserve service I achieved the rank of Mastersergeant (P) at the time of my retirement in April, 2008. I graduated from the army med ic school, military police school, civil Affairs specialist school, and the NATO anti-terrorism level-one course throughout my army career. Twenty of my twentytwo years in the army was in the medical corps. I am proficient in receiving inc oming phone calls and scheduling appointments in a computerized scheduling syste m. I am also proficient at hospital administration, routing practices within a h ospital or clinical office and patient records maintenance. I also served in NCO development and promotional boards as well as command staff positions. I was th e adviser to the commander in conventional, special operations forces units, as well as the 82nd Airborne Division. My assignments included the 82nd Airborne Di vision, the 426th Civil Affairs Battalion (FID/UW) special operations, the 313th Military Police Detachment (Operation Iraqi Freedom III), and the 349th Combat Support Hospital, Los Angeles. I hold the military parachutist badge, the Combat Action Badge, and I am an expert in both rifle and pistol marksmanship. Personal and Educational Information I graduated from Fresno high school on June 11, 1981. I then began my college st udies at Fresno City college, Rio Hondo College where I received my Basic Police Certification, and Fullerton College where I received my Associate in Arts Degr ee in December, 1993. I then continued my college studies at National University in 2009 and am currently a junior towards a multiple bachelors program that inc ludes Liberal Arts/ Nursing-Behavioral Sciences and Hospital Administration. Life Achievements During my career with the Orange County sheriff's Department all my cases were adjudicated with numerous unsolicited letters of commendation from the judiciary

and the public. During my combat tour in Iraq I single-handedly transformed the main Baghdad Police Academy (Sadr City), to expand from a 500 non-residential c ampus to a 3,000 member student population with a total of 18,000 Iraqi Police g raduates from December 2004 to June 2005.
