Saved $100,000 in revenue by resolving a product quantity dispute with primary user by developing an inventory control/delivery tracking process for a new liqu id fertilizer product. Assisted in reducing annual audit fees by $150,000 (50%) since 2007 through imp roved inventory controls and streamlined audit reporting with no inventory audit adjustments. Maintain up-to-date product standard cost to ensure accurate COGS and maintain product margin integrity; upon arrival in May 2007, standard costs had not been completely updated since installation of SAP Business One software in 2005.
