Headblock

Gantry travel speed: 135 m/min

No needed on E-ONE2 RTG. By design, we wish to keep the spreader end as light as possible. All mechanism for micro movements are kept on trolley and therefore no requirement for headblock. In doing so, E-ONE2 RTG can offer lower energy consumption. Gantry travel speed:130 We offer lower gantry speed. However, the total m/min number of container handled an hour remained unchanged. Hence, no effect to the productivity due to the operating behavior of RTG. Please see Kalmar dimension drawing DNG3199 for the RTG main dimensions. Eroom will locate on same side of Auxiliary genset. We keep E room same side as auxiliary generator for ease of maintenance and better balancing of the crane during operation. As the RTG span was changed to 7+1 wide, please therefore refer to DNG 3199 for detail. IF E room needs to be opposite Auxiliary genset, we can also offer at no price increment.

3.3 Skew, trim and side shift

As clarification, trim and side E-ONE2 RTG is equipped with side shifting (+/shift in gantry travel direction 200mm) along trolley direction. Skew is also included is not applicable in this offer for ease of operation. Not applicable to Kalmar E- 1.Lower running cost as there is no anti sway wire rope or mechanism. one2 RTG, 4 -rope reeving 2.With Kalmars patented system, fully electric antisway technologies of FULL CONTROL and STABILIZER, system was included. the anti-sway function can be electrically achieved with maintenance free design. 3. 3.5 Headblock and spreader

Reeved in type fully electric spreader Bromma YSX40E with no headblock

Without headblock means no need to carry extra headblock weight in every lifting, lowering, trolleying and gantrying. Hence leading to significant power saving. Fully electric spreader of reeved-in type enable spreader to be conveniently removed from the crane by removing few screws on the spreader sheaves.

3.6 All trolley wheels shall be driven and braked by drive motor, disc brake and reducer Side guide rollers shall be provided. Trolley wheel shall be made of 42CrMo4 or equivalent

Sprocket drive trolley -trolley is driven by a single electric AC-motor connected to a gear reducer. The gear reducer splits the drive to both sides of the trolley through propeller shafts. The final drive is with sprockets on fixed chains laid on the main girders. No guider rollers needed due to no trolley skew with such design. The trolley wheel has surface hardness 250 - 320 HB.

Advanced design compare with wheel driven trolley. This design ensures that trolley is always parallel to rails with no skewing,stucking and no slipping of wheels. As a result, no side rollers, reduced maintained too as there are no trolley clips.

Trolley wheels are free running with minimum wear on The trolley rails are welded to wheels and rails. Single motor, gear ,and brake lead to higher reliability and low maintenance. Hydraulic wheel turning mechanism

Wheel turning mechanism shall be fully electric.

With the fully electric wheel turning design, no separate locking mechanism required. Hence, no need to equip hydraulic jack up system. This lead to simplified mechanism, enhanced reliable leading to maintenance friendly and energy saving with E-ONE2 RTG. With no hydraulic, there is no filters or hydraulic oil for scheduled maintenance. Hence the benefit of reduced maintenance. In addition, there is no wastage of energy as in the case of hydraulic system which need the hydraulic pumps to be in constant operation even when the functions are not in use. Ultimately, RTG with no hydraulic system offers lower energy consumption.
