To conduct long research in Pakistan market we find out a consumer oriented opportunity in the market especially for Hotel & Restaurants and Bachelor accommodation, as they in current scenario in busy life and for time saving people need some vegetable in such form which do not consume their time too much and also provide satisfaction with in their budgeted amount. Till yet no one has reduced this Market Gap which is creating a big opportunity for a Business. Thinking about this aspect we think to avail this business opportunity which will reduce market gap by providing ready to cook vegetables . The consumer only cook these vegetables and food is ready no chopping no cutting just cook this product & save time and get healthy vegetables by yourself within minutes which is safe. Before this idea only meat and chicken is available in consumer market and no ready to cook vegetables are available in the market that s why this idea is to avail for big opportunity in the market.

How the proposed business will fill Gap


The product we want to launch in the market is purely consumer oriented and we will present in a way which will be convenient for consumer. As we already

mentioned that it will save the time of the end user. The core values of our product are Fresh, Healthy, Hygienic and ready to cook. We acquire the designed machinery for maintaining and providing the basic core values to the customer. We have patent to launch this product from the concerned authorities. Our basic aim is to satisfy our valued customer and for that we have to meet their needs and wants. Because Customers are the only people who will make Veggies a brand will help us to achieving our goals and objectives. Another focus is to capture the major share of wholesalers, restaurants because the need of fresh and healthy vegetables and our ready to cook is basic need of both. Especially for restaurant it would helpful for them to reduce the cooking time, and provide more hygienic food. It can also enhance their services as well. Thats the reason, we are focusing on them. While reason to focus the wholesalers is changing the new trends, now a day's people's buying behavior is also changing.

The project we are going to start is purely consumer oriented; we made it for convenience of consumer. The core values of our product are Fresh, Healthy, Hygienic and ready to cook. We have also designed the special cut of machinery for maintaining and providing the basic core values to the customer. We have also patent from the concerned authorities. Our basic aim is to satisfy our valued customer for that we have to understand their needs and wants. Because they are the only people which could help us to achieving our goals and objectives.

Initially we are launching this product in Lahore market and after the response we will lunch it in whole Punjab and then after that in all provinces and then all cities of Pakistan step by step. We register our company with the name of Veggies to fulfill all the documentation and registration process now we are in position to run the business. We have got a prime location for our office it is located in gulberg three near kalma chowk 149/b block

Veggies managements is based on very experience and skill full people all these people have good analytical and Strategic thinking they have ability to produce a productive work in all the business segments and veggies technical staff was mostly based on chefs who is expert in cutting and chopping the vegetables it was the mixture of experienced people because the managements was highly concern on quality issue.
