Executive Summary: This Project report is about the importance, needs and Implementation of HRIS software in Company.

Sammi Daewoo is a multinational firm, and has large human work force. It has all the concerned departments and is a very renowned name in Pakistan. And its hiring and firing rate is very high because it is operating all over the Pakistan. Sammi has been challenging the world market with a great emphasis on conforming to international requirements for the timely delivery The Company Sammi Daewoo is surprisingly not using any HRIS software. We have met with Mr Khurram who is HR D.G.M and Mrr. majid Asghar who is Senior Executive, and we came to know that the Company's major HR work is done manually. This project has mainly focused on the Need Analysis of HRIS software, its importance and then Implementation for Sammi Daewoo, and making awareness of present and future HRIS needs and setting planes For the Company. In this project report Sammi Daewoo Company is been introduced with the E-recruitment Software. According to the current need of the Sammi Daewoo Company it is the most appropriate Software that can be used by the company to fulfill its need. And also Sammi Daewoo is recommended by the future HRIS needs and action planes that should be taken in order to sustain its market competition and position. Introduction The purpose of this project is to suggest an organization the need of Human Resource Information System and the analization of MIS used in Daewoo Bus service company. HRIS has been of vital importance in the present era. The big companies are largely investing for these Human resource information systems so that they can effectively handle their man power and get the best results for their focused objectives. We have selected Daewoo Bus service as an organization and worked on its HR details. After conducting a detailed analysis of HR Dept, we have sorted out their different needs of Information system which are at present need by the organization. We have also suggested them some good solutions of Human Resource Information System which they can use and update their systems in order to fulfill their human resource needs like ERecruitment.
