He is like Godfather of Henna Industries as he was first person to start the Henna Powder in commercial form. Before that the farmers use to sell henna leaves directly. In 1962, he set-up the whole mechanical plant of Henna Powder which was the first plant in Henna Industries. At initial of 1962, Mr Lodha introduces paper packing of Henna Powder as plastic packing concept was not available in the market. In 1968, the Brand HATHLEVA made his network all around the India. Keeping mind in progress, the company had registered his Brand and Trade Mark from Government of India. In the 70s, this company expands his wings into International market especially Gulf countries. We are currently exporting Henna & Herbal products to Japan, Gulf, U.S.A., Germany and Australia .We are also supplying Henna products at every corner of India with the chain 220 distributors and wholesalers. We are also associated some big Multinational and Foreign Companies to give Henna Products in their Big Brand also.

PLANT & PROCESS:

1. Henna Leaves are Agricultural products. It is cultivated in farms near area of Sojat City (India)- Land of Henna. This Henna Leaves are cultivated by the farmers and they use to sell this leaves by auction in Government Recognized Market via Government appointed Brokers. 2. Once the Henna Leaves bought from the Market, then we store in our Plant. Now, we use to clean the leaves and remove the impure materials through Threasure Machine. 3. Then we crush the leaves in Crusher Machine, once it get crushed then we make it dry in natural sunlight to control the humidity and moisture. 4. Once the crushed Henna Leaves get dried then we processed this Henna into Pulverize Machine. In this process, henna will be in refined powder form. We use double filtration net to get best quality Henna Powder. 5. Once the Henna Powder batch sample is approved by QC then we sent to Packing Department. 6. Then, the Henna Powder will be packed into different types of packing as per specifications.

Product Name Description (1). HATHLEVA GOLD HENNA-

This is the 100% pure henna powder without chemicals, which is used for medical and cosmetic purposes and gives a dark brown shade when, applied on hairs, hand & feet. It is used for the purpose of hair conditioning and its paste is used for tattoo making and covering gray hairs to dark brown shade. Packing Specification: 20gms, 40gms, 100gms, 200gms, 400gms & 1kg.

(2). Herbal Henna Powder-

Herbal Henna Powder It is used as a herbal treatment for hairs and acts as a natural hair conditioner and provides a natural light brown shade to gray hairs. It is prepared by mixing various herbs like amla, shikakai, ritha, multani, etc. in a balanced ratio as mentioned in the ancient Ayurveda, to give a natural hair conditioning without any harm to hairs and skin. (3). Henna Paste (Cones) -

It contains paste of natural henna with eucalyptus oil and other herbs, which is used for creating temporary tattoos on different body parts without any harm to the skin. Packing Specification:30gms in double wrapper (4). Henna Tubes-

This Henna will especially for hairs. This Henna blended with 7 rare Himalayan herbs and aloe vera for hair conditioning and nutrition. It will contain very little amount of dye for color intact. It gives natural black color to the hair and also make your hair smooth as compare to hard hair after application of other hair dyes.

(6) Burgundy Hair Henna-

Now days, this is one of the most selling product in the market. This Herbal gives burgundy color henna to hair. Your hair will smooth, soft and shiny. It is best coloring henna for hair.

(7). Herbal Hair Oil(i). Henna + Awala Hair Oil -

This is hair oil which contains Awala (Emblica Officinalis), Henna (Lawsonia Inermis), etc. This oil is manufacturing by the tips of Ayurveda.
