Objective: -14y/o adolescent girl -5/10 back pain than the right and there is an obvious Sshaped spine -x-ray revealed a lateral curvature of the lumbar spine -hx. revealed that shes carrying her books on her right side since elementary days -poor posture -Milwaukee Brace to be worn 23 hours/day

Upon Discharge, the client will be able to: -enhanced her selfesteem as evidenced by ability to understand and accept her condition and comply for the long-
