KILBURN Office Automation Ltd (KOAL) traces its origin to the Reprographics division of the well-known McNeill & Magor Group (presently the Williamson Magor Group). The three decade old Reprographics division of Williamson Magor was hived off as a separate company, Kilburn Reprographics ltd in the year 1987. In October 2001, the name of the company was changed to the present name KILBURN OFFICE AUTOMATION LTD.This change was done with a view to convey fully the core activities of the company. Kilburn has a background of over four decades of Brand Leadership, strong all-India marketing and servicing infra-structure and technical tie ups /distributorships of internationally renowned companies. Currently KOAL has a dynamic presence in the following market segments where it is involved in supplying equipments services & solutions. Currently, Kilburn Office Automation Ltd (KOAL) has a dynamic presence in the following Office Automation Segments where it is involving in supplying equipments and Solutions: Document management products & solutions, mainly Digital copiers and Digital Multi-Functional Products.KOAL is the Indian Distributor for Kyocera mita India Pvt.Ltd-a subsidiary of Kyocera mita Corp. of japan,a pioneer in manufacture of Copiers and printers. Mailing products/solutions, which cover electronic Franking machines, Tax Meters and production mail systems etc.KOAL is the distributor for Pitney Bowes India pvt.ltd.,New Delhi-the 100% subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc.,USA-a global leader in mailing and Messaging Management. Banking products/solutions, which covers the systems which are used for banking operations.KOAL is the distributor for Kusters Engineering India pvt. Ltd-a subsidiary of Kusters Engineering, Netherlands. LOCATIONS AND FACILITIES: With a manufacturing set up at Joka,Kolkata,KOAL with four regional offices at Mumbai,Delhi,Chennai and Kolkata and 26 branch offices in major cities of India is fully equipped to service client at ease with various banking products in its portfolio. BUSINESS MODEL: KOAL deploys a mix of direct and dealer oriented sales to address the growing Indian market demand. KOAL has a strong presence in the Govt.sector and has ongoing DGS & D and National Co-operative Consumers Federation of India Ltd (NCCF) Rate Contracts for most of its products. The segment is addressed by direct marketing and direct servicing. The rest of the institutional & retail opportunities are addressed through a nationwide net/work of Dealers.
