Dividend Distribution is annual Dividend will not be received for the following year if membership ended before the current years distribution time. C. Share Interest This replaces dividend in case membership ends before dividend distribution

Big Brother Fund For the welfare of all members in case of accidents and/or emergencies Member is covered whether accident is related or not to work Every accident max of P20,000.00 (regulars) and P10,000.00 (part-timers) can be covered by the fund. In case of sudden death due to: o Accident/Disability: P100,000.00 (regulars) P50,000.00 (part-timers) o Illness: P20,000.00 May be availed upon first deduction Renewal is annual P500.00 per year (regulars) P250.00 per year (part-timers) P50.00 deduction for 10 cut offs May not be availed once membership is terminated If upon termination of membership and you still have balance for the big brother fund, the balance would be deducted from your claims such as 13th month pay or membership contribution Membership Fee Worth P1,000.00 (regulars); P500.00 (part-timers) Partial deduction worth P100.00 per cut off Government Mandatories A. Member may avail once confined in any Philhealth accredited hospital Member must have contributed 6 months to avail C. BDO Cash Card Each member must submit his/her own BDO cash card number before 1st salary To get cash card prepare 2 valid ID and P120.00 for processing Cash card is for personal use but must be GENERIC only
