Takaful Pakistan Limited (An Islamic Insurance Company) Jan 2009 to Date Executive Officer (Health Claims & Accounts) As an Executive I am mainly responsible to assist head of the department by processing, scrutinizing/evaluating and reimbursing the corporate clients claim. I am responsible for data analysis, trend analysis, client profitability calculations and many other computations and reporting as per management requirements. Achievements: Cut the claim processing time from four weeks to one week. Improved client servicing that retained 80% of the client for more than two year. Designed and implemented various statistical reports of claims in order to facilitate underwriting/business development department.

Developed health claim system for hospitals rates of various services and tests. This system helped departments efficiency and reduced total processing and checking time.
