With regard to the reconsideration of your warranty claim, I assure that it will be granted to you since warranty period has not yet expired. As a special service, we will send a technician, Mr. Luis Sy, to your location for your convenience. Just inform us of your preferred time and place thru the contact number stated above. However, the amount of P377.00 compensation you are asking for will not be given. We are sorry for the delay that it has caused you but the management is not responsible for any subsequent, indirect financial consequence, as stated in the purchase terms agreement.
