Dr. Wayne Nemeroffis the CEO and founder of PsyMax Solutions.

Dr Wayne is the ar chitect of the company s proprietary assessment and organizational diagnostic tools. With more than 20 years of coaching, assessment, and organizational behavior an d development experience, Wayne is committed to helping employers and individual s increase their effectiveness and maximize their capabilities. Wayne received h is Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 1975. After graduating, he accepted an Assistant Professor position at the State University of New York at Albany's School of Business. In 1979, he joined a consulting firm (Personnel Research and Development Corporation) in Cleveland, Ohio where he was a principa l until 1995. In 1996, Wayne established his own company, Nemeroff & Associates, a consulting firm which is dedicated to helping people succeed. In 2000, he con tinued to expand his company by merging with another consulting group and co-fou nded Human Capital Assessments, LLC. Dr. Nemeroff has a wealth of experience in helping people gain insight and understanding about their specific strengths and weaknesses relative to an organization s critical success factors (Success Profiles ), mission, and values. He is extremely skilled and experienced at assessing an d coaching people; he helps people and organizations build on their assets and o ver-come their liabilities by focusing on practical, action-oriented business go als and action plans that tie in to tangible, long lasting results. As a seasone d expert, Wayne has assisted organizations both nationally and internationally i n taking a more strategic approach to developing their leadership bench strength to meet current and well as future challenges. He has repeatedly demonstrated h is skill to help employees at all levels of an organization grow to their full p otential through proven coaching and development processes and programs. In addi tion, he has been very successful in helping organizations to overcome obstacles that can prevent them from continuing to achieve the maximum return on their in vestment of time and effort. Dr. Nemeroff has extensive experience in team build ing, conflict resolution, leadership development, executive coaching, and assess ment systems for both selection and development. He has facilitated many worksho ps and seminars, and has given speeches and presentations to a variety of organi zations across the United States, Canada and Europe. Dr. Nemeroff has contribute d articles and book chapters in professionally published journals and books such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Academy of Management, and Crosscurre nts in Leadership. Dr. Nemeroff has worked with individuals from the lower level s of an organization to the executive levels (Vice President, President, CEO, an d Chairman of the Board). He has worked with organizations in the field of accou nting, entertainment, health care, insurance, manufacturing, real estate, retail and utilities.
