MINIMUM GUARANTEED ATTENDANCE MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 7 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT. IF ATTENDANCE FALLS BELOW THE GUARANTEED NUMBER THE CLIENT WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE GUARANTEED NUMBER. GUARANTEED NUMBER MUST BE RECEIVED BY DATE/TIME INDICATED. 1. The renter will give to Bowlmor Bethesda a deposit in the amount specified above, payable by credit card, company check made payable to Bowlmor Bethesda or cash within 3 days after reservation is made. If deposit and signed agreement are not received, Bowlmor Bethesda may cancel reservation with no further notice to renter. The balance must be paid three (3) business days prior to the date of the event. 90% of the total is refundable up to 30 days prior to the date of event only. The remaining 10% of the grand total is fully non-refundable. After the date which is 30 days prior to the event date, there will be no refunds; furthermore, events will not be rescheduled without the express, prior written consent of Bowlmor Bethesda. Consent to reschedule shall be granted or denied at the sole discretion of Bowlmor Bethesda. The number of lanes may be reduced up to 14 days prior to the event only. 2. All food and beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) must be purchased through Bowlmor Bethesda. There is a 21% Administrative charge on all food and beverage. The Administrative Charge is mandatory. Bowlmor Bethesda uses the charge for the administration of the event to defray overhead and other expenses related to the event. It is not a gratuity and will not be distributed to the employees that provide service to the guests. No outside food (excluding birthday cakes), beverages, DJ's, live music, open flame or dancing are permitted. All parties with 20 or more people, or 4 or more lanes must pre-order food and beverages in an amount equal to or greater than the rental price. During the month of December, all parties must purchase food and beverages in an amount equal to or greater than the rental price. "Tabs" are not permitted. No food or beverages provided by Bowlmor Bethesda may be removed from the premises. Any and all participants at all events will be charged. Any damages will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file or invoiced within 24 hours. Bowlmor Bethesda is not responsible for any items left overnight. 3. Any event which requires any installation of lighting or audio/video equipment or a tie-in to our existing systems will also require the presence of Bowlmor Bethesda's consultants at Bowlmor Bethesda's rates as scheduled through the event office. Any Audio/ Visual inputs (players or media) are not guaranteed to operate with the venue systems unless they are brought in for testing at least 72 hours in advance. 4. If a food/beverage minimum is being met with a pre-paid credit, credit will be applied to bill for any food/drinks ordered at event. Credit valid only on purchases made during the Event and their associated Tax and Administrative Charge. A 21% Administrative Charge will be added to the bill for any items ordered during the event. The Administrative Charge is mandatory. Bowlmor Bethesda uses the charge for the administration of the event to defray the overhead and other expenses related to the event. It is not a gratuity and will not be distributed to the employees that provide service to the guests. No refunds, exchanges or deferrals will be permitted.

5. All persons under the age of 21 are not permitted in Bowlmor Bethesda after 9 pm. Children must be 4 or older to bowl. Bowlmor Bethesda reserves the right to refuse service and remove anyone from the facility having activity pertaining to: Concealed Weapons, Intoxication, Dress Code violations, Illegal drug activity, and/ or any activity that violates federal, state or local laws. 6. The Renter forever releases, discharges and agrees not to sue Bowlmor, and all of their subsidiaries, licensees, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, servants and agents (collectively, the Releasees) from any and all claims and demands arising out of the use of the facilities, equipment and services provided by the Releasees, or in any way related to the Event. The Renter agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Releasees against all claims and demands which may be brought or asserted by or on behalf of any of the Renters invitees, licensees or guests, which in any way arise out of or relate to the use of the facilities, equipment and services provided by the Releasees or to the Event. 7. A copy of this agreement when signed by Bowlmor Bethesda and the renter will be considered a binding contract. By signing below, the signer is attesting that he/ she is authorized to sign this agreement and to authorize the credit card charge(s) noted above 8. BOWLMOR'S LIABILITY, IF ANY, IN ALL CASES SHALL BE LIMITED TO AMOUNTS PAID TO IT UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. 9. The credit card on file will be charged with the remaining balance of the contract three (3) days prior to the event if other payment arrangements have not been made.

I UNDERSTAND THAT: (1) BOWLMOR BETHESDA CHARGES A MANDATORY 21% ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE ON ALL FOOD AND BEVERAGE (IDENTIFIED IN PARAGRAPH 2 AND 4 OF THIS AGREEMENT). (2) BOWLMOR BETHESDA USES THE ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE EVENT TO DEFRAY THE OVERHEAD AND OTHER EXPENSES RELATED TO THE EVENT. (3) THE ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE IS NOT A GRATUITY AND WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE EMPLOYEES THAT PROVIDE SERVICE TO THE GUESTS.
