1. Job Context: Abu Dhabi Gas Development Company will develop Shah Gas Field with the highest H2S of 23% and 10% of CO2. Al Hosn Gas will drill the wells, maintain the reservoir, and transfer the non associated gas through gathering pipelines where the extraction operation will take place at Shah Plant. The process products NGL, sales gas and condensate will be transferred trough company pipelines and tie into GASCO products pipeline for further processing. Liquid sulphur will be transferred through sulphur pipelines to the Shah Sulphur Station for granulation and transfer to Ruwais terminal through rail network. Position is responsible for the maintenance of High and Low Voltage equipment installed in Gas Processing Trains, Utilities, Power Generation areas, Sub Stations, switch gear, Motor Control Centres, UPS system , Battery Chargers and Battery Banks; plus other items covering product storage, cooling water, cathodic protection , earthing systems Admin. & Engineering offices Elec. Breakdowns repairs & modifications. The incumbent maintains daily contacts with the Supervisors of other sections, Shift Controller and is an authorized person responsible for isolation and energizing High Voltage Motors, Vital supply UPS and Battery Chargers. Additional duties involve assisting the Elec. Section Engineer, and the Electrical Section Head, in co-ordinating contracted jobs and plant modifications.. 2. Basic Function and Scope: To supervise and participate in preventive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance, and testing of all High and Low Voltage plant electrical equipment and shutdown activities.

3. Task , Duties and Accountabilities:

To supervise the electrical technicians and contractor craftsmen to ensure that the maintenance activities are performed to comply with Al Hosn Gass HSE policies and procedures.

To fully utilize the SAP System to prepare job plans (Four weeks rolling plan) including material and manpower, initiate IRs, execute preventive maintenance and breakdowns (troubleshooting and repairs) - work orders and input failure reports input to SAP. To identify faults, repair and return equipment to normal operation.

To prepare PTW based on the periodic PM job plans, allocate work and conduct toolbox meetings to ensure understanding of the daily work tasks. To train and develop the assigned staff with emphasis to UAE Nationals. To issue specific jobs method statements in coordination with Electrical Section Head & Engineer, initiate near miss reports and conduct toolbox meetings for critical jobs and activities. To issue scope of work for contracted jobs and service work orders in coordination with Electrical Section Head & Engineer, and assist preparation of EOM, MM & Capital Budgets, Plant PCRs and shutdown planning and implementation activities. To ensure availability of Good & safe to use proper tools, spares, consumables and correct use of various types of electrical equipment and PPE as specified in daily PTW & Method statements . To ensure that the drawing and documents are up to date in his assigned area and the maintenance sheets are completed and filed properly.

To comply with Al Hosn Gas Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE-MS) and also promote awareness of its use among the staff. To perform overhauling of Motors, MOVs, test and calibration of test equipment. To develop and recommend innovative systems / procedures that contributes to improve the reliability, availability and integrity of the plant.

To implement, in consultation with Electrical Section Head / Electrical Engineer, Planned shutdowns, utilize available manpower & issue required materials. To coordinate with other Engineering sections and Operations Department to carry out daily maintenance activities, plant change projects and modifications. 3. Work Contacts: Reports to Electrical Section Head, Regular contacts with Engineer, Technicians, peer supervisor within and another department, etc. 4. Latitude (Independence of Operation): Determine own work methods according to established policy, practice and specialized professional / technical standards. Completed assignments are subject to general review and direction. 5. Supervisory Responsibility: Supervises Electrical Technicians. 6. Physical Efforts: 50-60 % field activities to support construction, Pre-commissioning and start-up activities. 7. Work Environment:

Air conditioned office working environment 40%, the extended stay in a harsh desert field environment during construction, commissioning and start up phases. 8. Minimum Requirement:

8 years experience in operations, 3 years of which must have been in a Senior Supervisory capacity. Good knowledge of written and spoken English. Very good communication skills.
