Measurement Criteria Schedule and conduct customer/ user interviews to capture requirements. (frequency of the meetings as per the schedule) Prepare and share the Requirement Spec and Functional Spec documents. Review Integration test cases involving Customer Enterprise interfaces, Third party systems. Participation in validation of estimates Facilitate the functional testing for acceptance with the customer Perform functional, integration and system testing for business flows in the completed integrated customer environment (Staging). Analyze the defect report to help making go/no go decisions about application deployment. 25% Interact with Business Process Lead and other vendors to understand the roles and responsibilities of the different systems involved Written and oral feedback on the communication and business domain skills from the users Mapping to customer business/ functional stakeholder teams.
