Automated Food Ordering Electronic System

Overview:
The Automated Food Ordering Electronic System (AFOES) is Microcontroller based real time electronic system. A registered subscriber can utilize this system to order his/her favorite food till the last ordering minute!!. So the subscriber gets more power on right to information!! such as Food ordered time, Type of Food availability Delay for food arrangement, and Food account balance. The main objective of this electronic system is to make catering system free from human error, more transparency in accountability and easy ordering method. So it speeds up catering system and helps in building healthy environment between catering system and subscribers, and also helps to enhance good relationship with subscribers.

Features:
1. 80C51 Core 8 bit Microcontroller P89V51RD2BN used as Master Intelligence Device, which builds bridge between IBM PC and two Data acquisition, retrieving units (DARU) and also take care of food chamber. 2. Each DAR unit contains RSIC or 80C51 core Microcontroller as intelligence device 20X2 character LCD, as display unit and Matrix keyboard as Input unit. 3. Actuators such as DC motors, Single Phase Stepper motors are used in food chamber to control doors. 4. Sensors such as Infrared Transreceiver are used to monitor doors of food chamber. 5. Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) Battery is used as emergency power backup. 6. Contains Online Battery Management Systems, which Provides Uninterrupted Power supply (UPS) and also charges SLA in fast mode and forces the battery charging into trickling mode when battery voltage reaches voltage set value. In this way the battery management system enhances battery life for long time. 7. Switch mode power supply (SMPS) with 80% efficiency. 8.
