Business Zone

The Business Zone has been divided into 1 acre lots totalling 50 acres. Each lot is leased separately or in combination for companies to set their own infrastructure and businesses. The tariff for each acre lot is comprised of a fixed non-refundable down payment of Rs 4 million and an annual rental of Rs 200,000 . The minimum lease period is 30 years renewable over two similar periods. Each plot is serviced at its boundary limits with power, water and telecom connectivity.
