NARRATIVE
RO'S RESPONDED TO A 911 CALL AT THE LISTED LOCATION INVOLVING AN INFANT DROWNING. UPON ARRIVAL TO LOC RO BEARDEN 7974 FOUND THE WITNESSES AND THE COMP IN A BEDROOM. THE COMP, AN 8 MONTH FEMALE, WAS NUDE AND UNRESPONSIVE. THE BATHROOM WHICH WAS NEXT TO THE BEDROOM, WAS OPEN AND WATER FROM THE BATH TUB WAS OVERFLOWING INTO THE ROOM. RO BEARDEN IMMEDIATELY BEGAN PERFORMING CPR ON THE COMPL. RO MURPHY 7969 THEN ENTERED THE BEDROOM. CPR WAS PERFORMED BY RO MURPHY 7969 AND BEARDEN 7974 FOR APPROXIMATELY 1 MINUTE. RO BEARDEN BREATHING INTO THE COMPL ANDRO MURPHY PERFORMING CHEST COMPRESSIONS. DFD ARRIVED SHORTLY AFTER AND TOOK THE COMP TO MEDICAL CITY. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE CHILD WAS INSIDE THE TUB WHEN A DRAIN BECAME CLOGGED, FILLING THE TUB WITH WATER. PES, AS WELL AS YOUTH DIVISION WAS NOTIFIED. SGT MORRIS 5297 ALSO ARRIVED AT THE SCENE. DET. 7947 FROM THE YOUTH DIVISION ADVISED THAT AT THE TIME OF THE REPORT, THE COMP WAS STABILIZED AND IN ICU. NFI END OF ELEMENTS
