Client Contact contacting and speaking with a very diverse range of clients to gather information and determine how to find a solution to an extensive range of different possible errors.  Team Work working efficiently and diligently in a team of 12-13 members; co-operating and liaising in problem solving, work allocation and learning of new skills.  Managing and Prioritising Caseload closely managing a large workload of cases of varying complexity and priority. Achievements: I developed rapidly over my time in this role receiving very positive feedback from our team leader in all performance balance sheets; including contributing up to 10% of team output whilst working a three day week. Working in a dynamic team environment I quickly learnt wide range of skills and became an important team member. I was able to identify a system fault which needed to be addressed and also solution difficult cases through repeated client contact.

Skills Developed: I greatly developed my oral communication skills with this experience. I particularly excelled in an environment where communication was a vital part day to day life. Most of these people spoke English as a second language and many had a limited level of English, however, I greatly enjoyed interacting in this environment in which strong communication skills was of the essence. Learning to speak a new language also facilitated me to develop I high level of confidence in negotiating and communicating in a difficult environment.
