HRMS ABSTRACT

It comes standard with employee self-service access allowing employees to update their personal information, request time off or input their daily timesheet entries. It also has role based access level control that is functionally based on whether a user is an employee, a manager or HR administrators. With HR center managers and HR administrator can manage it.. The Project entitled HR Management System and admin developed gap between user and HR manager. There is no any centralized database available in existing system you can access. The existing system is not user friendly because retrieval is very slow and data is not maintained efficiently, we require more calculations to generate the report so it is generated at the end of the session, existing system requires lot of paper work. Reduced inconsistence, inventory, error in registration, Better utilizations,Incereased customer satisfaction, Increased user satisfaction,This system is the fastest way to communicate. Eliminate unnecessary paperwork & improves tracking of internal document needing .Fast & easy method to build records & verify data entry. No need of any extra manual effort,No fever of data lost.It is very easy to find the employees. Our system with Head to develop a software application that supports the application specific to the HR automation in an intranet specific to a company there by allowing the integration of all the employees pertaining to that organization.

1.1 PROJECT SUMMARY

The main objective of the application is tocomprehensive employee information database, work information, beneficiary information, and more for each employee or user.It role based access level control that is functionally based on whether a user is an employee, a manager or HR administrators. With HR center managers and HR administrator can manage it. The Project entitled HR Management System and admindeveloped gap between user and HR manager. It will standard with employee self-service access allowing employees to update their personal information, request time off or input their daily timesheet entries.The Administrator(s) can add, delete, and update users, price, items, and new scheme News topic, etc.The Registered User can view, compile, order and track details and other scheme wise details. he can also change password, gets special offers/mails from the company which company offers to only registered users.

1.4 Disadvantage of Current System


i. No centralize system
Centralized database is not there by which you can access.

ii. Not User Friendly

HRMS
The existing system is not user friendly because the retrieval of data is very slow and data is not maintained efficiently.

iii. Difficulty in report generating


We require more calculations to generate the report so it is generated at the end of the session.

iv. Manual control


All calculations to generate report is done manually so there is greater chance of errors.

v. Lots of paperwork
Existing system requires lot of paper work. Loss of even a single Register/record led to difficult situation because all the papers are needed to generate the reports.

vi. Time consuming


Every work is done manually so we cannot generate report in the middle of the session or as per the requirement because it is very time consuming.

i. User Friendly
The proposed system is user friendly because the retrieval and storing of data is fast and data is maintained efficiently. Moreover the graphical user interface is provided in the proposed system, which provides user to deal with the system very easily.

ii. Reports are easily generated


Reports can be easily generated in the proposed system so user can generate the report as per the requirement (monthly) or in the middle of the session. User can give the notice to the students so he/she become regular.

iii. Very less paper work


The proposed system requires very less paper work. All the data is feted into the computer immediately and reports can be generated through computers. Moreover work becomes very easy because there is no need to keep data on papers.

iv. Computer operator control

Computer operator control will be there so no chance of errors. Moreover storing and retrieving of information is easy. So work can be done speedily and in time.

2.1 Module Description

User Management System:


In this, System includes the registration form of the user. Like costumer, employee. In this all information about company, employee, costumer all are include. In this module we can give the database access to the authorize user. In this suppose employee old employee left the company their account will be close n information stored in database. Suppose new employee will come then detail of this employee will be stored in database.

In this System includes the registration form of the Employee .Like Worker. In this all information about company, seniors are including. In this module we can give the database access to the authorize employee. In this includes in which all management or human resource departments communicatewith each other through good relations. It includes message reports, through E-Mail in which contact with each other.

There are six sub module are present.

a) Organization Structure:

In this module the framework within a human resources department that divides the decision making functions within HR into specific groups with distinct job functions. Each division may have a manager or team leader depending on the size of the organization to coordinate efforts and perform reporting tasks.

Recruitment Process:
In this module involves a systematic procedure from sourcing the candidates to arranging and conducting the interviews and requires many resources and time. The recruitment and selection is the major function of the human resource department and recruitment process is the first step towards creating competitive strength and the strategic advantage for the organizations. The recruitment department of the company and the job seeker.

Skill Inventory & Training Management:


In this module give training to the workers for new project Training specialists must be experienced trainers, but much more as well. They must understand the business of the organization, including its strategic context, and the implications that this has for human resources. They must have good analytic skills.

Appraisals:
In this module calculated her salary, growth, attendance will include this.

It is a review and discussion of an employee's performance of assigned duties and responsibilities. The appraisal is based on results obtained by the employee in his/her job, not on the employee's personality characteristics. The appraisal measures skills and accomplishments with reasonable accuracy and uniformity.

Staff Management:
In this solution for registering and adding employees in common internal database. The systems allow building a staff list to manage appointments, payments, etc. They are intended for calculation of the salary and personnel records at the company. It also to organize registration of employees and promotions

Online Attendance:

Attendance will be calculated depends on reagularity,leave application done by Administrator

Payroll System:

In this module can encompass all employee-related transactions as well as integrate with financial department. It refers to the amount paid to employees for services.

As per requirement reports are generated. It specifies employee reports, Define selection criteria, Ability to save custom reports, Assign reports to user groups, View employee reports, Manage reports online, Print & export reports.

The Data Flow Diagrams are pictorial or graphical representation of the outline of the system. The Data Flow Diagram covers all the processes, which takes place during any transaction in the system. The Data Flow Diagrams are functionally divided into context level, first level, second level, third level data flow diagrams. There are six basic processed in the Human Resource Management System and it is also having some sub processes. All the processes can be clearly understood by understanding if the Data Flow Diagram Symbols used in DFDS:
(1) Process: Here flow of data is transformed e.g.registeringuser etc.

(2) External Entity: A source or destination of data which is external to the system.

E.g. .Admin etc.

(3) A Data Flow: It is packet of data. It may be in the form of document ,letter etc.

(4) Data store: Any store but with no reference to the physical method of storing.

This project concluded that all the forms are properly running and all the facilities provided by programmed are really better than other system. This application is HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is used for full for our faster life. This system is more beneficial than other system, because; it is easy for implementing, easy for routine use in life and is for understanding. It also fulfills and satisfied for user. The HR Management System with Business system is an application which is helpful to
any organization.
