Rev.
Mario Forte is a well-known motivational and
Steve Fitzhugh speaks to thousands of youth each
year throughout the country and abroad. Steve's
talks help young people make a positive choice in
life. A native of Akron, Ohio, Steve has been living
and working in the Washington D.C. area since the
mid 1980's. He is a graduate of Miami University
of Ohio where he captained both the track and
football teams while earning his B.A. degree in
Public Administration. Steve is married to Dr.
Karen Broussard-Fitzhugh and they are the proud
parents of two wonderful daughters Nicole, and
Siona.
Rev. Tommy Carrington got involved in youth
ministry as an evangelist with Youth for Christ in
1985. Believing that God has called him to train
and equip leaders, he founded the Urban Training
Network, where he currently serves as President.
He earned a Master’s degree from Trinity Interna-
tional University, and is currently working on a
Doctorate in Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theo-
logical Seminary. Tommy also serves as an
adjunct professor with Trinity International Univer-
sity and Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Alpha & Omega Youth Ministries, where he
oversees the middle school, High school and
College age ministries. Alpha & Omega Youth
ministry is one of the largest Hispanic Youth
Outreach ministries in the Country. Pastor Forte is
best known for a documentary that was filmed
featuring his life called “From Gangs to God, The
Mario Story.” Rev. Mario is also the Director of
South Florida Gang Outreach, an outreach ministry
dedicated to reaching Gang Members. He is known
on the streets as Pastor MC. He not only speaks
their language, but he raps his message to the beat
of their music.
Keny Felix is currently the minister to youth and
homeless at Touching Miami With Love Ministries
and the student pastor at Bethel Evangelical
Baptist Church in Miami. Keny holds a Master of
Science in Education decree in school counseling
and a Master of Divinity in Psychology in psychol-
ogy and counseling. He is currently a doctoral
candidate in psychology and counseling at NOBTS.
Prior joining the staff at TML and Bethel, Keny
served as a clinical therapist at a residential facility
in New Orleans, working with children, adolescents
and their families.
