Click on Content e-Regulations (or 'Procedures')

A window pops up: Create / edit step

The steps are assigned to blocks that are also assigned to objectives. To see the steps in the tree of the procedures, click next to the objectives on the and the blocks.

Fill up all the elements of the sheet The elements are numbered, from 1 (name of the step) to 20 (Certification). They are grouped by tabs that we need to open to see and fill the corresponding elements. The elements of the sheet and the way to fill those elements are detailed in the following.

Save the step

The size of the two columns can vary by playing with the cursor. You can also hide the column of the left by clicking on .

Click on the title of the step to be moved, push the right click of the mouse while moving the step to a new place. A shadow with the name of the step will appear and will move forward with the movement of the mouse. The symbol will appear if the

Do not forget to regularly SAVE for not losing your work.

The interdiction symbol will disappear when entering in a zone where you can leave the step. Release the pressure on the mouse and the step will move to the expected place. The step 1 is now under the step 2. Save and the numbering will be reset.

4. DUPLICATE A STEP
If you want to duplicate a step that has a lot of data in common with an already created step, you can duplicate the existing step. This will create a new step that is identical to the duplicated step, with the only difference of the word "copy" at the end of the title of the new step. You can then change the elements that need to be changed and save the step under a new name.

5. PUBLISH A STEP

6. DELETE A STEP
The left side of the tree is not accessible when editing an objective, a block, a step or a recourse. to be You shall click on able to come back on the tree of the procedures.

Online and optional

Finalization mode of the step


Online: indicate if the step can be completed online. In such a case, the step's sheet will be different and will give access to the online process. Optional steps: non mandatory but recommended steps. Those steps appear sin number and their title begins as 'Optional: '. Those steps are taken into account separately in the calculation of the step's number.

Application of the step

Click on the part(s) of the tree where you wish to apply the step. A step must always be assigned to a block and may be assigned to several blocks in the tree.

Result of the step

Indicates what is obtained at the end of the step. register the name of the document and add attached file to it. This element is detailed in document Administration manual V2.5 Results.pdf

Person in charge of the unit. For small units (less than 3 members), name of all members can be mentioned. This element is detailed in the document Administration manual V2.5 - 6b Contacts.pdf

Documents that should be submitted to obtain the expected result. This element is detailed in the document Administration manual V2.5 - 6c Requirements.pdf Cost of the step. This element is detailed in the document Administration manual V2.5 - 6d Costs.pdf

Waiting time in queue

Minimum and maximum waiting time in queue to meet the civil servant in charge (in hh/mn)

Time spent at counter

Minimum and maximum time spent at the counter with the civil servant in charge of the step (in hh/mn)

Time until next step

Minimum and maximum time that the user has to wait before undertaking the next step (in days). If the waiting time is less than half a day this field is not filled.
