Good Morning Sir, Firstly I would like to thanks for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is darwin. I'm doing my final year MBA in M.I.E.T Engineering College at trichy. Positive attitude is my strength; I take both success and failure in the same manner. My family consist of four members including me. My dad is a. Business man and my mom is a home maker. I inherited the qualities of hard working, time management and decision making power from my parents. And I have an elder sister she doing her final year MBA degree in AIT. About my strength I would say my achievements are my strength.

My short term goal-to get a chance to work with the highly skilled professionals in a leading company like yours.

My long term goal is to see your organization at peek level where I am one of the persons responsible for it.

2. Why should I hire you?

 I will not say that I am the best candidate sitting here, because I don't know anything about the other aspirants sitting outside. But I surely know about my abilities which can make me stand apart from the rest. I am a highly optimistic person and no problem can deter me from achieving my goals. Also I can adjust to any situation and can work with any type of colleague as I see it as a great opportunity to learn from others which will help me to expand the horizon of my knowledge. And the best thing about me is that I can make people around me happy and calm, so I can make the hectic work environment a bit relaxed.

Sir being a fresher I have no experience but I am a good learner as well as a good listener. I can work in a team as well as individually. So I'll try to learn from my colleagues and my leaders and improve my knowledge and contribute towards the betterment of my organization. As, I am a fresher has enthusiastic to implement new things in the job. I am the person has the ability to work with the team and lead the team also, and also I am a quick learner too. I don't tell I am the only person you want to hire but I have the hope I am one among the best person whom you need.

As I am a fresher I am eager to undertake challenging ventures and also I learn things quickly. I am quite confident about my skills and also I got ability to work in a team. I can adopt myself to any kind of environment. So I think that I am the right person for this position.

3. What is your strength and weakness?

 

My strengths are time punctual, positive attitude, honesty towards work, success that comes from my hard work and being friendly with all that helps me to make relations with them. I am always eager to learn new things. MY weakness is I am somewhat more talkative and believe people easily and a lack of English fluency. Since I am trying to overcome my weakness daily and i know it will happens soon and its gets convert to my mine one of the Strength. Strength: I am hardworking, sincere and dedicated to my work. I work patiently to get a good result; I am a good decision maker also. But in spite of all these strengths, my parents are my biggest strength; they support me in each and every decision of my life. That's why whatever I do, I always think of them before taking any step in my life. Weakness: I trust people very easily but through the course of time, my hostel life taught me how to know and adjust with different kinds of people. Now I at least have an experience of not believing each and everyone. My strength is my positive attitude. This gives me motivation and self confidence. This also enables me influencing my colleagues to be optimistic. I can deliver results faster due to my ability of taking quicker decisions. My weakness is that I get emotionally attached to my job and expect the same from my mates. I like taking calculated risks which may not pay dividends always. My biggest strength is that, I have believe in my hard work and determination and never back out from my work and adopt to myself in any kind of environment means to say like adverse condition I will be manage it, and like to work as team member. My weakness is that I very easily trust on other people.

4. What you want to work at our company?

After viewing your company profile I realized that your company is a better platform for me to utilize my skills to the growth of the company and learn new things and this is what is required for a fresher so i want to join your company. Sir, I found your company as a growing company and lot of opportunities for me to grow in future. This will help me to exploit my knowledge and at the same time I will assure you the best out of me for the organization.

5. What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

   

Confidence will think about their success as well as failure and do the tasks to get success... Over Confidence will only think about their success and dont take any steps. Confidence: I will Be selected in this Interview. Over-Confidence: Surely you will select me.

6. What is the difference between hard work and smart work?     

If suppose they ask us to cut a tree, taking an axe and cutting it for 9 hours and breaking the tree is hard work. But sharpening the axe for 2 hours and cutting the tree in 5 hours is smart work. Hard Work: Reading for exam overnight... Smart work: Writing exam by listening the class. Hard work is thinking in a usual way as what others do. Smart work is out of box thinking.

7. How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

I can finish my work within the given time period but if it is necessary to do I ll surely work without any hesitation. Even this gives me a new experience. If the company expects me to work to complete the project, i am ready to work at any time. I will complete my work within time . if there is necessity to work at nights and weekends for the beneficial of company i will definitely work . 8. Can you work under pressure? Every work is pressure but that does not mean that we have to quit this. This will help us how to cope up with difficult situation. Yes sir, definitely i can work under pressure because, in pressure i will be able to understand my strong and weak sides perfectly. This will definitely help me to get a standard knowledge on my way and make me confidant. It will be a challenge to me and I am ready for it. Yes, I can work under pressure. Because it will help me to show how I adapt those kinds of situations also if I am, it will provide a chance to prove myself among others. 9. What are your goals? My short term goal is, I want to get a job in well reputed company. My long term goal is, I want to settle in a good position in my life, and I want to bring a good fame to my parents and make them happy up to their end of life and the people who extended their hands in success of my career.

My goal is to reach at a level from where i can inspire at least one people from my life. 10. Give me an example of your creativity? Creativity is nothing but doing things in a different manner and also it should be the best one like you write a program in your own way thats your creativity and I write in my style my creativity the one which is having more complexity is the best program. we can say that creativity is our imagination for that we do try more and get the positive outcome and anyone person says to us wow that is wonderful how did you do that so that is our creativity. It is small example for everyone.

11. What motivates you to do good job? My parents earning through hard and laborious work for my education, motivates me to do good job and fulfill my parents dream. When motivational part comes it always Dr. AbdulKalam sir comes in front of me to be like him work is not big thing for me. I will always try to deliver my best of my knowledge. Encouragement from my parents and my friends, appreciations and rewards from our work field motivates us to do a good job. The self satisfaction which is got after accomplishing the task drives me to do a good job. Encouragement and good environment motivates to do good job.

12. Why makes you angry? i i Sir, I am not a short temper person but when somebody tries to disturb the working environment then it annoys me a lot. I get angry when people become too selfish and try to use you. Firstly they would come and talk very friendly and then slowly just try to get their things done by us. These kinds of people annoy me a lot. I become angry when sometimes someone try to irritate me instead of encouraging and who is irresponsible.

13. How long would you expect to work for us if hired? j j j I think every person seeks for the better opportunity, and I think your company is the best opportunity for my career, so there's no question of quitting. I would like to work as long as I and the organization both fulfill our requirements. Still company get satisfied with my work.

14. Are not you overqualified for this position? l l I cant say Im over qualified but can say well qualified. I am just a fresher and i dont have any experience but willing to get an good experience. Not Overqualified, I would say well qualified, my qualification will just help me to do the job better, and it will favor me to handle more responsibilities and help me to rise up to your expectations.

15. Describe your ideal company, location and job? My ideal job is one which enhances my latent skills. My ideal location is one which suits me in order to improve the value of the company. My ideal company is one which gives me an opportunity to explore my thoughts. Ideal workplace would be that gives me peace of mind and has a positive environment. 16. What are your career options right now? o o I want to be placed in reputed company like yours which can provide me global platform. I want to be getting placed in a good reputed company like yours to show my skills and abilities and get a good experience. And also work hard for the organization to become a part of the company asset. I want to placed in right company to explore my skill.

17. Explain how would be assets to this company?  My successor formula is "Hard work is key of success", so I think hard work is my key whose always with me because I am very serious $ motivated towards my work, Thus I want to give new ideas & skills to the organization. Sir/ madam as I understand hardworking and dedicated employees are an asset to any company and I will always put the best of my efforts to be one.

18. What are your outside interests?   My outside interest is helping poor persons to do something and helping my level best. Dance.

19. How much salary do you expect?

 


Sir, as I am a fresher, my first priority is to gain knowledge and experience. So whatever your company's policy is for fresher I am ready to accept that salary. Being a fresher I am not much concerned about the salaries but as per the company norms whatever you are giving to the other employees I will be satisfied by that. As a fresher I m not suppose to fix my salary. But I believe that the company will give a reasonable salary based on my skills and performance.
