Generations: Presented by Family Services of Peel. www.fspeel.org Come listen to what all Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender/Transsexual, Questioning, Queer (LGBTQ) generations can learn from each other. The group provides an opportunity to build interpersonal relationships, create networks for mutual support for all LGBTQ generations, discuss challenges related to LGBTQ issues and share empowering life stories. Peel Pride Coffee Night: Join the Pride Committee of Peel at our monthly coffee night at Green Cup Roastery (15 Main Street North, Brampton). Come on out, meet the Committee and meet some new friends. We look forward to this monthly occasion to bring members of the community together. This event is open to all ages, and all members of the community and our allies. If you have questions around the issues of sexual orientation or gender identity, PFLAG can help. PFLAG may be for you if your child has come out as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transsexual, intersex, queer, questioning or 2-spirit, if you cant find the words to discuss your sexual orientation or gender identity with your family, if your adult children cant understand why youve suddenly come out or if one of your students is being bullied at school. West Side LGBTQ: There are a lot of things to do in Toronto for the LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered/Transsexual, Queer/Questioning) communities. But what about the community West of the city? This group will host events mainly in the Mississauga, Oakville & Brampton areas. Some of our activities will be kid friendly so that families and those who love the company of kiddos can also join together. We are an all inclusive social group for the LGBTQ community in the West.
