Increased revenue from $37mm to $100mm, and earnings from $3mm to $12mm in 4 years, while increasing return on assets from 17% to 37%. Division President, Ashton Woods Homes, Houston, Texas Profit center manager for Houston division of Canadian-based home builder. Responsible for land acquisition and development, product development, sales and marketing, and all operations. Established higher levels of quality and service within the division to improve marketability of product and increase customer satisfaction levels.
