ILE AUX CERFS IN SPEED BOAT

Situated just off the east coast of Mauritius, Ile aux Cerfs is a beautiful paradise island - the perfect setting for a relaxing day of sun worship. As you approach the small jetty by boat, you are greeted by views of swaying casuarina trees which give way to pure white beaches framed by the vivid turquoise waters. Enjoy a day of farniente as you relax on one of the picture-postcard beaches or swim and snorkel in the azure sea. An appetizing BBQ lunch on the beach of Ile aux Mangenie is also included.

PIRATE BOAT

The pirate boat is of unique design, made as a replica of a real pirate boat with two masts and five sails of wooden brown varnished. Sailing on the pirate boat will take you back in time to the old days of the pirates. As part of this cruise, you will experience a sailing cruise on the pirate boat to the beautiful Ile aux Cerfs while enjoying exciting pirate show, live music, and dance show. The theme of this trip is of a pirate adventure. You will also get to enjoy cruising along the South East Coast of Mauritius including a visit to the Grand River SouthEast Waterfalls. The atmosphere on the boat

is very friendly, with music and Sega dancing performed by the crew which keeps the atmosphere lively and exciting throughout the journey.

ILE AUX CERFS IN CATAMARAN

Be seduced by a day on board Oceane. The departure is from Trou dEau Douce at approximately 9.h30. The excursion consists of a visit to the waterfalls of Grand River South East and a stop for snorkelling at the Grand Blue. Lunch is served on board the catamaran, while moored behind Ile aux Cerfs. After your delicious lunch take the time to discover the island of Ile aux Cerfs before boarding the catamaran again at around 15hr00 the return to Trou dEau Douce by 16h00.

The Tea Route starts with Les Aubineaux, one of the rare remaining typical colonial houses of the Central Plateau, built in 1872, and boasting authentic period furniture, paintings and photographs of Curepipe in the past. We drive through the tea-fields to Bois-Cheri for a guided tour of the tea factory. Visit of La Vanille Reserve des Mascareignes, home to over 2,000 Nile crocodiles and largest Indian Ocean collection of insects.

A day on Ile des Deux Cocos, ten minutes from the airport, has been the highlight of many visitors stay in Mauritius and it is a trip not to be missed. Guests are greeted at the jetty with refreshing towels and welcoming drinks. There is then time to go for a swim or a snorkel, laze on the beach or walk along little paths that meander through the woodland.

The buffet lunch features delicious grills and salads, cooked in the open, with tables in the open air and tents with deep settees to relax in. Beer, wine and soft drinks flow freely, whilst local musicians sing and strum on their

guitars. After more swimming, strolling or lazing around, the day is rounded off with homemade rums tasting.

ILE AUX BENITIERS z

The catamaran will depart heading to Tamarin Bay area where you can encounter dolphins in their natural habitat. This is a unique chance to explore the spectacular lives of these magnificent marine mammals in their aquatic habitat. From Tamarin bay the cruise will continue along the coral reefs to the lagoon of La Preneuse. During the cruise, the catamaran will stop for breaks in some key locations, where you can enjoy a swim and some snorkeling in the sea, or enjoy the sun and drinks on board the catamaran. The snorkeling is a great way to have a glimpse into the mesmerizing marine life

and the underwater world of Mauritius. Then the catamaran will head to the beautiful Island of Benitiers. Before arriving to the Island you will visit the famous Crystal Rock and will have a spectacular view of the Rempart Mountain, the Black River mountain range, and of the magnificent Le Morne Mountain. CASELA

We propose a discovery outing in the African reserve (1 hour) amongst deer, zebra and African antelopes followed by a visit of the 4,500-hectare Yemen nature reserve with its indigenous forest. The outings take place after an initiation circuit has been completed by the participants as part as an evaluation of their capacity to drive a quad. All outings are guided and also followed by a professional photographer whose photos will be available for purchase right after the outing. We recommend that you wear long pants for the 2 hour outing. We will provide helmet, hygienic caps, safety glasses and cold towels after the outing.
