The energy your chakras emit is experienced by you as your thoughts and your feelings!

The above illustration will assist with visualization of the following exercise. The colors represent the colors one must visualize in order to cleanse and balance the seven major chakra centersthe energy centers of the soul. Proper Breathing Method: Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose; hold the breathe three seconds, then exhale slowly releasing the breathe through your mouth. Step 1. Sit or lie down comfortable; thumbs of hands touching index fingers to recycle your bodys energy. Straighten your back. Take three deep breaths. Remember to relax! Step 2. Visualize a ball of pure white light entering your body through the top of your head (crown chakra), and gently float the ball downwards through your body to the end of your spine (root chakra). Refer to the illustration to identify chakras and colors. Visualize your root chakra as a red ball. Now visualize the ball of white light merging with the red ball until the two balls become one brilliant, glowing perfect ball of red light. Concentrate on the affirmation for the Root Chakra I have an abundance of strength and energy. I express my individuality in a Divine Perfect Way. Recognize the truth of the affirmation; repeat it to yourself three timesand accept it as your truth now! Take three deep breaths. Your root chakra is now cleansed and balance! Step 3. Repeat step two for the remaining six chakras. Always lift the ball of white light upwards through your body to the next chakra, merging it with the ball of color pertinent to the chakra you are cleansing and balancing. Remember to relax! Concentrate on the affirmation of each chakra. Repeat it to yourself three times. Accept it as your truth. After each chakra visualization, take three breaths. Three is the number of Trinity Energy. Step 4. When you have finished cleansing and balancing your seventh chakra (crown chakra), you are now ready for the all important ancient method of psychic self-protection.
Ancient Psychic Self-Protection

Step 5. Now visualize the ball of white light gently floating upwards, out of your body, through the top of your head, and suspended inches above your crown chakra. See it disbursing and becoming pure white radiant raindrops showering down, around, and covering your entire body like a warm, refreshing shower. See yourself as a glowing being of pure white light. Visualize a pyramid covering your illumined body. Shower the pyramid, with you inside, with the deep purple light of spirituality. Feel totally relaxed, refreshed, and protected. Give thanks to the Universal Source for this blessing. Now proceed with a psychic reading for someone; or any activity that requires an inordinate amount of wisdom and understanding; or contact your Higher Self for any information you desire.

A Spiritual Lift

Seven ways to lift your spirits! Three times a day, look in a mirror and simply smile as you think good and happy thoughts. Take the time to say a Morning Meditation, such as: "The light of God goes before me all day. The light of God lights my way. I enjoy life, as each day brings a constant demonstration of the power and the wonder of the uninverse." Look around you and praise all that you have in your life. "I feel wonderful. I am a happy person. I invite wonderful friends into my life. All that I need for my work and fulfillment now comes to me." Discover something today that you never knew before. Before they call, I will answer! Thank God by saying "Thank you, Father." Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you." Three times or more say as you count on your fingers, 20 times: "Positive thinking brings me advantages I desire." Posted by Trudy Evans at 5:31 AM 0 comments

Seven Charkras: The Throat Center
Just imagine the expansive sky on a clear day and all the hues of blue that entertain us with a glorious presentation. These hues of blue correlate with the Throat Chakra, which empowers the creative energy within each one of us. Center your attention to the throat at the location of the thyroid gland and just feel an electrifying color of blue as it is absorbed into the gland and cells. This chakra is a power center and you can reignite energy by concentratng on this area for a while as you send the blue hues into it. As the center absorbs the bright blue colors, it activates and brings it to life. Air itself, is invisible, yet it is all around us. We breath it in without really seeing it. Actually, we just assume it is there for us. Use the same concept to breath in the different colors that correlate with your Seven Chakras. After a while you will be able to keep a steady handle on your emotions and, comfortably, live a more fulfilling life. Often times, life's experiences can rob us of our creativity, power and positive energy. Let go of the outside experiences for a few minutes, center your attention only to the most electrifying blue you can imagine and feel it entering the cells and gland in the throat area of your body. The renewing of this center helps to open up possibilities of solutions to immediate problems, and inspirations for a more positive outlook. There is always an answer to any situation that life hands you and the more inspiration you have to look to solutions, the happier and more productive you will be. Next, we will cover the brow, Psychic Center.......... Posted by Trudy Evans at 8:44 AM 0 comments

The Heart Chakra; Infinite Energy
The Heart Chakra is the center that is governed by the humanistic aspects of emotions such as love, growth, prosperity and wealth. The color that coincides with this chakra is Green. All hues of the green are acceptable except any dull lifeless hue. Look for the rich essences of green and have it available wherever you are. Golfers benefit by sunshine and the soft green beneath their feet. Next time, when outdoors soak in the energy from green tree leaves, grasses and shrubs. The introduction of green soothes the heart center and opens up the spirit to recover from emotional losses that affect the heart. Just picture a diamond centered around the heart and imagine the rich green color warming your center. This Chakra deals with givingness and often times an individual will close up after a hurt of some sort. If only, the opposite occurred. One can always give love from the heart and the more open an individual is the better the return of love, hope and prosperity of all sorts. Feel pure love in the heart chakra and let it expand to all mankind to find the goodness in every spirit. Free up life with forgiveness and begin to enjoy life to the fullest! The Solar Plexis Chakra; Third in the Series of the Seven Chakras
Your intuition and mood sensitivity has a physical effect on your Solar Plexis Chakra, commonly referred to as the stomach region. You know, that gut feeling we often times have, but try to avoid and, sometime later, wish we had followed it? The color that correlates with this center is yellow. Think of a bright yellow, perhaps from a swatch of material, pillow or a vibrant light that eminates from a light bulb. As you think of this energy and center it in and around the Solar Plexis, stomach area, you will be physically calling upon Universal Light to calm, activate your intuition and brighten your mood, which helps in stress reduction. Since you are what you think, elevating your mood and calming your soul, will help you to think more clearly, guide you more directly on a path of optimism, etc. Your intuition speaks when you are most relaxed. I suggest you imagine the brightness of the yellow for a few minutes until you realize a surge of energy in the Solar Plexis region.

So far, we have activated the Root, Spleen and Solar Plexis Chakras. As we go along, the colors are uniting the Chakras with light and energy. If just one psychic center is blocked or weakened by stress, it detracts from the power of all the other centers. When they are open, tuned and vibrating in resonance, the whole organism is at a peak of effectiveness. Next center, Heart Chakra, coming soon............... Balancing the Seven Chakras; The Spleen Chakra, The Second Step
Anger and resentment, either conscious or subconscious can prevent any individual from experiencing the fullness of life. Whatever you give energy to, multiplies. The Spleen Chakra captures resentments and can hold those negatives for a very long time. It is located half way between the root center (base of the spine) and the solar plexis (stomach). We call it the abdominal region of the body. By releasing the hold on past experiences, a renewed and refreshed energy is absorbed in the mind and body. As you move from chakra to chakra with the colors that correlate with them, you are sending forth the energy to break loose negatives. Each negative that is released leaves room for positive energy to take over. Orange is the color that correlates with the Spleen Center. Take a swatch of material, pillow, etc. that has a bright hue of orange and meditate upon the vibrancy of the color. Picture a circle of this light and focus on the Spleen Chakra for a while. Let it absorb the cells, tissues, organs and glands all encompassing the abdominal region of your body. It is not necessary to know the particulars of past issues you might be holding on to, just allow the vibrant orange to penetrate the center and, then, send it forth throughout the body. The rest is up to the subconscious. This step is the second to balancing your Chakras. Using affirmations can add more energy to the chakra/color meditation. Repeat the following affirmation: "I release, release, release let go and let God." Next step will be the Solar Plexis........ The Root Chakra, First in Series of Seven Chakras

Let's examine the Root Chakra first in the series of understanding the Seven Chakras of the body. Located at the base of the spine, the Root Chakra is the center of physical vitality, personal magnetism, sensuality and physical or material power. It can be hindered by negatives, such as rejection, sexual frustrations and a sense of limitation. Those negatives can interfere with the even and powerful flow of light that energizes the body. The color that correlates with the Root Chakra is crimson red. If you will picture a diamond shape and imagine placing it in the area at the base of your spine. If you have difficulty visualizing the color, find something (a pillow, swatch of material, etc. that is crimson red. Image it big enough to encompass the internal organs and glands into the groin surrounding the base of your spine. Now imagine that the whole diamond is turning a wonderful energizing crimson red and as you let it grow brighter, allow your imagination to send the light forth throughout your blood stream to unite your centers all the way to the top of your head. This simple but effective visualization will create a feeling of exuberance and is your first step towards releasing negatives from the body. Naturally, obstacles will either surface and release themselves or simply, release themselves from you as you begin feeling better and think more positively. Get ready, then, for the next step........ Posted by Trudy Evans at 8:29 AM 0 comments Labels: chakras, crimson red, diamond shape, personal magnetism, Root, visualizaion

Understanding the Chakras
Each of the chakras are energy sources and vary in frequency. When they are open and all in tune with the universe, they operate as a whole entity of energy that creates a healthy auric vibration. In other words, in balancing the chakras of the body, one can accomplish an overall feeling of well being and heightened senses. Similarily, if just one psychic center gets blocked for one reason or another, it weakens the entire system and pulls energy away from it as a whole. Therefore, it is important that each center be paid attention to. In meditation, one can even feel which center is out of balance with the others. Each center (chakra) of the body correlates with a certain color. Meditating on the color heightens the energy of its particular center. Life should be in balance. We are supposed to feel uplifted and in good spirits. After meditating on the chakras for a while, you will begin to recognize the difference in your emotions and your body. Also, experiences in life will seem to shift and start to heal themselves. Some conditions might take a little more time and stubbornly try to hold on, but with persistence in meditating, those conditions will begin to right themselves. Those who have used chakra meditation report that their desires for better nutrition have increased. Meditating on the chakras regularly and understanding what each center is about has many benefits. Next, I will explain more detail about each chakra and its correlating color . Posted by Trudy Evans at 5:48 PM 0 comments
