SUPREME AND FEDERAL COURTS NEGLECT TO

UPHOLD ELECTORATES AS SUPREME RULER

Our United States Constitution has awarded life-time employment
to our Supreme and/or Federal Court Justices. Each Justice has
neglected his or her eminent duty to uphold our Electorates as
the Supreme Rulers of our democratic/republic. The latter
constitutes high treason against our U.S. Constitution.

Treason is an unlawful act to violate allegiance to one’s country or

sovereign government. Our Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the
United States of America is our sworn oath to warrant liberty and
justice for all. France has bestowed the Statue of Liberty as a gift
to our United States. America has been crowned as the Land of
Liberty. Our Liberty Bell has rung the glorious sound of freedom
across our globe.

The Northern States have represented the Blue or Free States in

America. Our Union has supported paid labor. General Ulysses S.
Grant has led our Union Army to liberate slaves of our Southern
States. The Southern States have represented the Red or Slave
States in America. General Robert E. Lee has led our Rebel Army
to preserve slavery in our Southern States. The Confederacy has
always supported slave labor.

The Confederate Flag of the Southern States is an enemy of

liberty. Conservatives that have supported the Rebel Army have
pledged an allegiance that “The South shall rise again!”
Clandestine agents of the Rebel Army have been planted in our
Supreme and Federal Courts. These secret spies have made a
mockery of liberty.

Amendment XIII Abolition of Slavery represents corruptible Post

Civil War legislation. The latter has outlawed slavery as a privately
funded institution in the United States. Congress has legalized the
Department of Justice (DOJ) to operate slavery as a public
institution that has been funded by taxpayers’ dollars.

Supreme and Federal Court Justices have upheld human branding

of our Electorates. Secret spies of the Confederacy or
conservative party have branded us with offensive labels. The
following is a list of offensive and illegitimate labels (i.e. fugitives,
murderers, robbers, rapists, felons, criminals, sex offenders, gays,
illegal aliens, drug dealers, drug addicts, prostitutes, terrorists,
communists, socialists, bad guys etc.).

We have been forced by our government to wear these offensive

labels as an albatross. We have petitioned our 1st Amendment
Right for a redress of grievances. Supreme and Federal Court
Justices have lend us deaf ears to our vehement protests.
Our 5th Amendments warrants protection against double jeopardy
and that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property
unless he or she has been duly convicted by due process of law.
Prosecutors are supposed to be advocates of due process.
Instead, prosecutors serve as adversaries against our Electorates
that stand trial.

O. J. Simpson has been tried twice for murder first in criminal

court and secondly in civil court. He was acquitted in criminal
court for murder. Yet, he has been convicted in civil court for the
same murder. The State has stripped O.J. of his property. When he
sought to retrieve his own property the State has convicted him of
kidnapping.

Mr. Simpson has never been allowed opportunity to bring suit in

Federal or State Court. Our 14th Amendment warrants him equal
police treatment. Yet, due to the title that secret spies have
branded him with, the Court has treated him as Dred Scott.

The title that each Electorate may wear is his or her intellectual
property. The Supreme and Federal Court have permitted each
State Court to deface the value of our legitimate title. The
repercussion has benefitted secret spies to divide our Electorate
body by virtue of our individual illegitimate offensive labels.

Our Bill of Rights and G.I. Bill of Rights warrant our government to
protect our legitimate titles as the Electorate Body. The latter
preserves us as Supreme Rulers.

President Elect Barack Obama has made note that there isn’t a
Red America or Blue America. Rather, there is the United States of
America.

I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America and
to the Republic for which it stands: one nation, under God,
indivisible with liberty and justice for all.
