System Programmer Online Services
General Responsibilities Work with Online Systems in IBM mainframe environment by performing the following tasks: install, administer, and monitor CICS, MQ Series systems. Analyze and solve performance problems associated to CICS, MQ Series and related software systems. Provide technical support to the Applications Group. Monitor and implement preventive measures to guarantee systems availability based on industrys best practices. Participate in Disaster Recovery System planning and implementation for software systems and operating systems. Education and Experience Required Bachelors degree in Information Systems or related fields, from an accredited institution. Five (5) years of experience in IBM Mainframe Systems such as: CICS programming, JCL, TSO and Cobol. Knowledge and Skills Required y y y y y y y Extensive knowledge of IBM utilities and VSAM structure Knowledge on Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem solving skills in collaborative environment Self-taught in terms of learning new systems and technologies Ability to work considering time frames and quality standards Ability to resolve problems in a timely manner Capacity to work under pressure y Proficient in English and Spanish, both written and oral Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed

System Architect Service Architecture

General Responsibilities Lead the analysis and evaluation of new programming services or changes to existing ones. Conduct and document proof of concepts of new systems and tools. Assist and support different departments operations and/or projects. Assist and support in incidents resolution or tasks. Actively participate in the definition, revision and documentation of policies, procedures, standards and guidelines. Lead the system architecture structure of new projects and applications. Education and Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences or Information Systems, from an accredited institution. At least two (2) years of programming experience with Web Services or Java. Knowledge and Skills Required y y y y Knowledge in SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) methodologies Proven experience in managing clients and providing effective solutions Ability to efficiently manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously Experience with Java, XML and Web Services

y Some experience in application architecture, requirements definition, high level design, implementation, development, testing, maintenance and new technology research y Able to work with culturally diverse and remote teams Strong problem solving negotiation and business decision making skills Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish

Programmer Business Intelligence

General Responsibilities Use programming tools and languages to create Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing applications and services. Able to work independently, as well as part of a team. Must have the ability to analyze business requirements for new or existing services and estimate required effort. Responsible for developing new or modifying existing applications and test them to ensure compliance with expected results. Enhance and modify these applications as needed. Have an in-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and be able to communicate project status, issues, and resolutions.

Education and Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences or Information Systems, from an accredited institution. Experience with object oriented design and development in Java, web technologies, XML, HTML, SQL, and JavaScript. Knowledge and Skills Required y y y y y Knowledge and experience in UNIX, Linux, AIX and Windows operating systems Knowledge in relational database, including design and optimization in Oracle and SQL Ability to manage clients effectively, providing useful solutions Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to manage time effectively y y Able to work individually and as part of a team Excellent communication skills, oral and written in English and Spanish

Senior Programmer Web Solutions

General Responsibilities Use dynamic programming tools and languages to create innovative web applications and services. Build and integrate interactive web sites, applications, and services for both, internal and public sites. Develop web applications and test them on various browsers. Enhance and modify these applications as needed. Architect websites, design data-driven applications, and find efficient client-server solutions. Have an indepth understanding of the software development lifecycle and is able to communicate project status, issues, and resolutions. Education and experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information System. Five (5) or more of experience in object oriented design and development in Java and web technologies, such as: XML, JSON, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, Eclipse, Tomcat, Hibernate Experience using and creating web services in both SOAP and REST with XML and JSON. Knowledge and skills required y Knowledge and experience of the Spring Portfolio including the Spring Framework and Spring MVC y Strong Relational Database skills including design and optimization in Oracle, SQL, AJAX and JBoss y y y y y Able to manage clients effectively, providing useful solutions Able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously Able to manage time effectively Ability to work as part of a team Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
