Checking individual salary report and preparation of salary summary report. Passing LTA, Medicals and all reimbursement bills and keeping records. Solving salary related query. Coordinate with circle HR Team and updating leave management system for employees on time.

Generating of Pay structure for all employee. Prepare Mediclaim policy data new employee and left employee. Distribution of Sodexho Coupon and keeping necessary records.

Statutory Compliance: Independent handles Pan India Inspection like EPF, ESI, Shop Act, Employment Exchange Act, Labour Contractor Act (R&A), Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, and Factory Act. Handling of PAN India Statutory Compliance like Shop act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act Professional Tax, Factory Act, EPF, ESIC, LWF and Employment Exchange Act. PAN India Registration in Shop Act, EPF, ESIC, LWF and Contract Labour act (R&A) registration. PAN India return filing like Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Factory Act, Shop Act, Contract Labour Act (R&A), EPF, ESIC, Employment Exchange and Professional Tax returns. Maintenance of all Statutory Registers. Preparation of different statuary returns and liaison work with different government department. Maintain Employee Gratuity under Group Gratuity Scheme with LIC. Contract Labour Management. Timely deposit statutory payment like ESIC, EPF, LWF, and Professional Tax.
