We would like to offer you a comprehensive design service package, details of which are given herewith. Details of design services:1.) Laundry and dry cleaning Plant capacity identification in consultation with client Laundry and dry-cleaning equipments configuration- sizing and specification and quantities Service data identification and tabulation Laundry equipments layout- CAD with assistance in designing the building requirements too( building requirements are only advice on operational requirements and all civil related design or works shall be done by a civil expert and are not in any way part of our contract) Capital Cost estimation Identification of brands/vendors Preparation of RFQ Assistance in calling quotations

Assistance in negotiations for machines, after sales service and maintenance contracts 2.) Engineering This is a total design package for services like configuring service equipments, MEP etc.. We shall provide documentation of all such requirements, shall create necessary technical layouts, supervising the installation and commissioning of the systems as per requirement from client's side. Equipments Sizing and Specifications Engineering and Resource Management Designing Utility Services Preparation of RFQ Calling for quotations Assistance in negotiation with individual supplier and / or with laundry equipment supplier on a turnkey basis Additionally we can also assist in preparing a business model for you which may include preparing detailed financial data like ROI, Break Even, IRR, Payback, Cash Flow Statement, P&L to help you raise funding from various sources. The Fee for this service can be discussed mutually and we are open to offer you a comprehensive technical and financial design package. Fee Structure We shall charge a total fee of Rs. -plus service tax if applicable at time of invoice. Standard Payment Structure-

50% advance to be followed with submission of our Technical plan, layouts, RFQ etc with a generic business model for you to understand and provide feed back to fine tune this to suit your specific need and requirements. 25% on submission of above to be followed with submission of final technical and financial data. 25% on submission of final data as above The Fee does not include any expenses for travel outside Pune including hotel expenses. On acceptance of our proposal, we shall mutually decide on a tentative time frame for completing this project and advice you on tentative number of visits required. In order to proceed further, it is necessary to have a first meeting at your place to discuss in detail. In case this interest you, please confirm and arrange to make an advance payment of Rs. 10,000-00 plus To and Fro Air fare from Delhi or Pune to your place. In case this requires a night stay, it shall be provided by you in a decent location. In case you decide to proceed further, this fee shall be adjusted in total design service package.
