 Better performances for the employees because they are given a clearer set of responsibility. It is now divided in categories, from 21 services to 6 groups.  Improves psychological involvement of the Employees since they are setting values of honesty, integrity and respect for individuals in dealings with it service to the public.  Enhances the Employees Self-worth since they are emphasizing the importance of employees to the organization. y Congruence  A higher level of congruence between the Organization and the community they serve. They are restructuring in order to serve the public better.  A higher level of congruence between management and employees. Policies and major restructuring decisions are carefully reviewed and not just implemented for the sake of restructuring. y Cost Effectiveness  Lower cost in time energy and stress to employees since the job is divided systematically. E. Long Term Consequences y Individual  Physiological and psychological effect to employees.  More capable of doing their jobs well since they are given importance by the company and they are considered not just an employee but partners. It helps change their perspective in the long run turning them to be more attached to their job and become more responsible.  Economically  Since they are restructuring the organization for better service, economically they will receive benefits. A better service leads to an improvement in profitability and may lead to salary increase for the employees in the future. y Organizational  It helps the Organization in terms of achieving its goals to better serve the public.  With the strategies they made through a strategic approach it helps them in the long run and also in adapting to the new era. y Societal  Societal cause of the decision of the Organization  A better relationship to the Public since all leads to better service to the public.
