Job chart for Chief Executive Officer Upon him rests the responsibility of carrying forward the aims

and the objectives of SADHAC.

He will be responsible for effective implementation of all programmes and projects of SADHAC. He will coordinate with zonal offices, Cluster Development Executives (CDEs), members of the consortia and organizing stake holders for furthering the objectives of SADHAC and implementing its plans and programmes.

He will exercise command and control over the office bearers of SADHAC for obtaining their best efforts.

He will work for market expansion of handloom products including all gamuts of activities of the sector. He should with his experience and skill be able to solve problems related to production i.e. availability of manpower, their skill up-gradation, arrangement of raw material in required quantity in time, conversion of designs into samples and actual production of fabrics for meeting the order datelines.

He will be responsible for building sustainable structures for achieving the overall growth of the sector and for percolation of the intended benefits of schemes / programme / projects.

He will maintain liaison with Government, other agencies working in Handloom sector and financial institutes as and when required.

Nayak, IAS Director of Textiles & Member Secretary SADHAC To Dear, ___________________ The State Agency for Development of Handloom Clusters (SADHAC) takes pleasure in informing your engagement as Chief Executive in the Office of SADHAC on contract basis with the following terms and conditions.

Your engagement as Chief Executive Officer for SADHAC shall be for a specific period from the date of joining till one year. The appointment is purely temporary and on contractual basis and can be terminated at any time without assigning any reason thereof.

You will be paid consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30,000/- per month.

You will have to submit an undertaking to the effect that you will not claim permanent appointment nor claim any extra remuneration consequent upon the revision of DA/Pay of the Government Servant in future. You shall abide by all the rules and regulations of SADHAC and those as may be made from time to time in future. During the period of your services under SADHAC and in future, you shall not disclose the official secrets / studies undertaken by SADHAC to any outside person or associate yourselves in any manner with any other agencies carrying functions similar to those of SADHAC during the period of your engagement. You shall maintain strict punctuality in attendance and shall not leave your place of work during office hour without permission of higher authorities.

You shall handle the properties of SADHAC given to you with utmost care and work with diligence and shall maintain the properties in your costody in clean and proper condition. Any loss or damage if caused to any equipment / property of SADHAC by your negligence or improper handling shall be recovered from your dues or through any other process as SADHAC may deemed fit proper and legal. You shall have to submit an undertaking to that effect that you will not claim any Government post or regular post in the future. Besides, you will be assigned the jobs as may be decided by the Member Secretary, SADHAC from time to time. If this offer is acceptable, you are requested to sign and return the duplicate copy enclosed and report for duty in the office of SADHAC within a fortnight, failing which, it will be presumed that you are not interested in the assignment and the offer will be automatically cancelled.
