Students \ Parents Portal


1. Online timetable view: The timetable has a day view/calendar view/list view of the periods specific to the particular student When the hour field is highlighted in red it means that attendance is not entered for that particular period When the subject is highlighted in pink it means that there is a test scheduled during that period If there are any PPTs/PDFs that the faculty has uploaded for any particular period the same can be viewed by the student.

2. Online attendance status The attendance status of a student as on date is displayed subject wise both graphically as well as in figures.

3. Library Book search \ reservation A student can search for books available in the library book name wise/ Author wise/ Topic wise/ Publisher wise. The availability of the book is also displayed online. The student is able to reserve a particular book online.

4. View recommended books When a student searches for a particular book the rating of the book is also displayed which indicates the recommendations given by the professors. This feature enables the student to make the right choice of books.

5. Circular \ events view The circulars and events of the institution are available online. History of circulars is also maintained for future reference.

6. PPT \ PDF view of lessons A student can prepare for a class by viewing the PPTs/PDFs uploaded by the faculty. The same can be done when a student is absent for any particular period

7. Easy communication with students\parents\faculty My Teachers / My Classmates option facilitates efficient and fast communication.

Faculty Portal
1. Mark \ Grade processing Marks or grades can be entered by the faculty online depending on whichever system the institution follows. The grades are automatically calculated based on a setup in Navision An alert for periods for which the attendance has not been marked is also displayed. The ranks/toppers are also generated automatically

2. Online attendance entry \status Marking of attendance can be done online. An alert for periods for which the attendance has not been marked is also displayed. Attendance entry is made easier with Present all and absent all options.

3. View student performance online The performance of the students handled by the faculty with historical data is available in both graphical as well as numerical display modes.

4. View student profiles A profile with all details regarding the students taught by the faculty is available.

5. Library Book search \ reservation A faculty can search for books available in the library book name wise/ Author wise/ Topic wise/ Company wise. The availability of the book is also displayed online. The faculty is able to reserve a particular book online.

6. Circular \ events view The circulars and events of the institution are available online. History of circulars is also maintained for future reference.

7. Lesson planning made easier. Based on the specifications provided by the University the lesson plan is automatically generated for the entire year. Changes to the lesson plan can be made manually and then submitted on line to the HOD for approval Based on the lesson plan the faculty can update the completed/ not completed status everyday. This provides the HOD up to date information on the course completion status. PPTs and PDFs of the course content can be uploaded by faculty for every period.

8. View timetable The faculty specific timetable can be viewed online. The hour field highlighted in red indicates that the attendance for that hour is not entered. The Subject field highlighted in pink indicates that a test is scheduled for that period.

9. Test scheduling Based on the timetable that is displayed in the middle part of the screen the faculty can schedule internal tests/quizzes in that period by just dragging and dropping the test on that period. The scheduled test is visible on the student portal.

10. Easy communication with students\parents\faculty. The My Students and My Colleagues tab provides all the communication details which enables easy and quick communication.

Management Portal ( MIS Reports)


1. Course Mark Analysis This report gives an overall view of the student performance in the various subjects of a particular course either based on the average marks/maximum marks/minimum marks. On clicking the bar chart the student wise mark details are available below

2. Attendance Analysis: This report gives a view of the attendance percentage of each of the subjects in the course A click on the bar chart displays the details of the students who were absent for this subject.

3. Average Subject Marks by Section This screen displays the performance of students of different sections for the same subject

4. Subject Grade Analysis This screen provides an analysis view of the grades secured by the students with details displayed below

Bell Curve Distribution: This screen is available for dynamic analysis of the grades scored. The management is able adjust the mark range for the grades and view the result temporarily. If the management feels the altered mark range is justified then the same can be saved and results published.
