Request for County Government to Block & legally Resist Agenda 21

Hello members of the Board of Commissioners of the Rockingham County Government, As a resident and constituent of your County Government, I urge you to vote NO and legally block any false-environmental scams such as the United Nations Agenda 21 (NC21 plan) and forbid Agenda 21 from being legally executed within the boundaries of the Rockingham County region within North Carolina. I run USWGO Alternative News which is why I have a big logo on the beginning of this Fax generated letter I am writing. I have evidence that Agenda 21 is a terrible idea and is implemented by a Global Governing body such as the United Nations. In fact the United Nations is already a world legislative body with treaties that are enforced similar to national and state/territorial laws, we have a world court called the International Criminal Court with no right to a jury trial or even jury nullification, and the only difference is that there is no world president as of yet. Agenda 21 would devastate and end a majority of counties throughout the state of North Carolina, abolish many towns and cities including their governments, and create a few de-facto super cities where everybody has to go through metal detectors and bag searches wherever they go, no activity is private even in citizens own homes, and all human activity will be regulated under the guise to save mother earth. I also have evidence of a former United Nations high-up being a former SS Nazi officer. According to the Federal Archives of the U.S. Government(Ref 1) formerly classified and now declassified Government records states that Kurt Waldheim was a top level SS Officer, now the SS was Hitlers private military, his private army. Kurt Waldheim was the fourth Secretary-General of the United Nations from 1972 to 1981. So there have been former Nazis inside the United Nations and have pretty much infiltrated them and this is on public record. Also it is a scientific fact that Co2 or Carbon Dioxide is not a threat to the Environment because plants which include trees, farm plants, grass including annoying weeds that grow in it, and any plant can inhale carbon and exhale it into oxygen. So any claim by the United Nations that Co2 and carbon is bad for the environment is a fraud. Also there are reports getting out about global warming being caused by the sun(Ref 2) and this is on record. The sun and earth go through certain natural cycles and so the global warming hoax is a fraud and also known as Climategate. All the UN Agenda 21 plan will do is put an end to small towns such as Madison, Mayodan, Stoneville, Reidsville, Eden and others and forcefully move all Americans to compact prison-like cities where security cameras are everywhere and police can grope peoples genitals if they wish. If the NAFTA Super Highway plan had been 100% successful then the highways will not put exit ramps to small towns causing them to become ghost towns. Also here is a quote from the UN Agenda 21's own website that states and I quote Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment. Now we don't need a misinformed United Nations to tell us how to save the environment while the UN does not even go after Monsanto for their Genetically modified foods that

have the potential of killing and poisoning people(ref 3) in fact even a article written by Ronnie Cummins, Campaign for Food Safety/Organic Consumers Association and hosted on the San Francisco State University and says and I quote Genetically engineered products clearly have the potential to be toxic and a threat to human health. In 1989 a genetically engineered brand of Ltryptophan, a common dietary supplement, killed 37 Americans and permanently disabled or afflicted more than 5,000 others with a potentially fatal and painful blood disorder, eosinophilia myalgia syndrome (EMS), before it was recalled by the Food and Drug Administration. The manufacturer, Showa Denko, Japan's third largest chemical company, had for the first time in 1988-89 used GE bacteria to produce the over-the-counter supplement. It is believed that the bacteria somehow became contaminated during the recombinant DNA process. Showa Denko has already paid out over $2 billion in damages to EMS victims. I have yet to see the United Nations sending out an order to stop the production of GMO crops and bringing back the natural foods and vitamins that make people and keep people healthy. So the UN would rather target those that emit a carbon footprint which plants cannot live without, instead of going after those that threaten the environment by changing the genetic structure of life on the planet. Also it's a known fact that our countries military hosts and operates the HAARP sound weapon that bounces sounds off the ionosphere that does god knows what to the planet and likely caused some of the earthquakes and hurricanes but of course that is just my speculation for now until I gather more evidence to prove it as a fact. So since the United Nations is clearly a corrupt world organization, doesn't have all their facts straight, believes that carbon is bad for us when science alone states that carbon gets converted into oxygen and when humans exhale carbon it gets converted back into oxygen by the plants, global warming is a natural phenomenon, their biodiversity reports are fraudulent and just a scam to own most of the world and force the free remnants of humanity into heavily controlled and policed compact prison-like cities, I believe the Rockingham County Government should take the credibility of what I am sending to you and use this along with all the other valid reasons why we need to reject Agenda 21 in not just Rockingham County but also the entire state of North Carolina needs to lobby for banning of the UN's Agenda 21 plan unless they have a 100% valid reason for why we need Agenda 21 which there isn't any. Of course I am a environmentalist at heart and believe we need clean water, clean air, lots of trees, and there to be parks and preservation's that keep parts of the natural environment for future generations but the globalists at the United Nations don't want to save the environment but more of reduce the worlds population by 90% under the guise of stopping global warming and have these big nature reservations only for the elite to enjoy while we the people stay in prisons where everything we do is monitored, controlled, there is no freedom or even human rights, and would be run by a tiny elite. So please I am requesting and urging the entire Rockingham County Government and it's politicians to legally resist and block the Agenda 21 plan, and even take a further step such as lobbying the state Government of North Carolina to also begin blocking and adding to their state Constitution that the UN's Agenda 21 is not welcome in North Carolina or in any of it's counties. I'll have more evidence to Fax to the county once I get word of it and so more research by reputable News and research institutions will be sent as to why the county and state should peacefully and legally resist Agenda 21. I am doing everything I can to research valid and credible information that I wish to share with the county commission that there are a lot of facts as to why Agenda 21 is a bad idea.
